Filthy rooms- floor, blinds, walls. First room's toilet didn't flush so we switched and the low flow in the second one almost didn't want to flush. The carpet was old and felt wet? Damp? And had a weak spot that felt like I was gonna fall through the floor. The front desk dude WROTE DOWN my credit card number for "additional charges". No no no. Two stars instead of one because the bed was extremely comfortable. Otherwise never again.

Astonishingly bad property. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Stains in the sheets. No mattress cover. And the creme de la creme... A burnt out van with a flat tire and smashed windows in the parking lot that someone was living out of. I have a photo. It was unbelievable.

BEWARE! The hotel is old and funky from the outside. My expectations are relatively low for the price, as long as it's clean and I can sleep comfortably. The room I received was not ideal. The bed looked made but not recently changed. The lampshades were broken. The mini-fridge had wet brown stains in it. The telephone to the front desk was grimey and didn't work. There was a stain on the bathroom door. When I looked in the bathroom, the toilet was full of poop. There were stained towels around the floor on the toilet, and trash around the sink. I was disgusted and appalled. They did put me in a cleaner-looking room. The blankets were thin. It smelled old and musty. There were small stains here and there. But I could not get over that first impression; why would not clean the prior lodger's filth immediately instead of leaving the bacteria to multiply? I slept in my clothes and on a blanket I just happened to have in my car. I never let my feet touch the ground. I woke up earlier than I typically would to get out as quickly as possible the next morning.

All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms

Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible.

Really regret booking this place - we just needed a quick cheap 1 night stay before a flight. It’s was disgusting! Even the stairs outside leading up to the room smelt bad. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the bedding was either terribly stained or dirty, the bathroom was nasty, we didn’t even want our feet to touch the floor, the room had a terrible musty/moldy smell, the outside of the hotel was not clean either (and not in a good part of town), people were heard all night long right outside our room and within other rooms, it’s was extremely loud and we did not sleep much. I would absolutely never stay here again and wanted to leave a review to help others avoid this place as well!

We were given a very dirty room. We opened up the bed and there was a lot of hair and cigarette burns all over the sheets. The floor also had a lot of crumbs and hair on it. The shower floor was questionable, and all the sheets and linens were very poorly folded. We asked for a new room that did have cleaner beds and we stayed there, but in the morning there was no hot water and the shower was backing up so much it almost overflowed. It’s not worth saving a couple of extra dollars. When we asked the manager about the conditions of the rooms he said that we should have checked the beds and water right away and that we should expect such conditions from a two star hotel. He did not give us a refund for the second night we had planned to stay there. We changed to The Viking Hotel down the street, which was a few dollars more and MUCH cleaner. The outside of the motel was in disrepair as well.

The hotel manager tried to scheme an extra $50. Off me. The sheets were dirty and there was sand in between my sheets. Enough that I could physically see and feel it on my body. I had to take a shower immediately! But don’t expect an opinion of having warm water. The choices are either ice cold or scolding hot water…that’s it! The internet doesn’t work either even though they have internet and a password…it just doesn’t work. But you can buy it for extra 7.00 every hr you’re there. This place sucks ass..don’t go. Pay the extra money because it’s worth it not to stay there.

We booked two rooms for 5 people total—the listing said one bed and one pull-out couch per room. Upon arrival, neither room had a couch. Staff suggested we would be comped for an additional room for the fifth person, but we were charged for it. Bonus: Our room had bloodstains, and our friends’ room had mold. Really would not book here ever again.

I expected it to be bad for how cheap it was but this was the nastiest room ive ever stayed in. Smelled like mold. Blood stains on sheets. The roof was leaking making the bathroom floor all wet. Nobody in the office either.
