Experience was a very good right from the very beginning, we have been met by fantastic lady name Dionne Smith at the front desk. She was very friendly , very efficient and she made our hotel experience very delightful.

The rooms were decent, and I enjoyed the beach view. I asked for a downstairs room due to having a bad knee, but I still wasn't able to get one. The parking lot was a mess, and it was hard to find a place to park due to not enough parking, plus most cars were taking up two parking spots.

It's a nice spot close to the beach but for the price I would of expected it to look a little nicer but over all my kids had fun that's all I cared for

It was just ok. There was no hot water so other than that, it was ok I guess they need to do more work to the place. The staff was very friendly.

The property was run down it smelled old and mildewed . The carpet felt sticky and the bedsheets looked like they weren’t changed. The staff was friendly but I didn’t ask to change rooms cause I figured they would all look and smell the same. They definitely need a remodel.

“You get what you pay for” The hotel is old and somewhat falling apart but being so close to the beach is really why you’re choosing to stay. I would stay again just for the beach and price. Staff was helpful and kind

Great location but it’s an older hotel. Clean rooms but furniture out of date. Tv screen was scattered and hard to see anything. Mold in some places. Sheets and towels were clean. Our fridge didn’t work and the water didn’t get hot. Okay stay for the price.

The place has potential, but they are remodeling and really they should close down, remodel, then reopen. We had 2 rooms, 1 room the TV didn't work but they immediately brought in a brand new, in the box, TV. The Dish network they have has a terrible picture in all the rooms. 1 shower was upgraded pretty nice, the other didn't have hot water. The plug at the bathroom counter didn't work, neither did the hair dryer, and the fridge door was all rusted. BUT, the pool area is cool, and you can see the beach from the pool. The beach access is perfect too, so I was able to overlook all the flaws because the staff was great and the location was perfect.

It’s going through development so there’s a lot of fixing that they’re doing. It’s a decent place to stay and mostly it was the shower that was a bit grungy. Otherwise, not a bad location and it’s a place to leave your stuff.

First the saying “you get what you pay for” applies here. The hotel seems rundown. The first sign was the shredded curtain. when headed to my room one of the guys that cleans the room was loudly complaining about having to clean the rooms. in the shower no washcloth and mold starting to develop in shower. I also got a room for my sister and nephew. The bedding on one bed was washed - it was still damp. At night that was the worst. Very noisy. The walls are thin- can hear the people that argue at 1am and other people by the pool. when people go in and of their rooms they have to slam doors to get it to latch otherwise the door can easily be pushed open. I seriously debated whether or not to sleep in my car. Other than that the pool is clean, front desk was courteous. I know they just work there.

The room my wife and I stayed in was, unfortunately, by far in need of repairs and lacking the bare essentials. there was no hot water and was told that it would be looked at the next morning by maintenance. My keycard stopped working on two different occasions. The pool was closed for maintenance. The hinged bar lock was lacking the ball keeper on the door jamb, rendering it useless. The door was not sealing properly and allowed viewing into the room from the hallway. The parking lot was unmaintained and had potholes and eroding asphalt. On our stay there, the exterior entry door at the hallway's end would not latch/secure properly and anyone could enter without using a keycard. There were other rooms that had damaged A/C's and broken doors. I would definitely advise potential customers to seek different accommodations!

Beach off the pool is nice, but rooms and hotel upkeep is not there! Dirty, rusty, falling apart. Would not stay again.
