Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Red Lion Inn. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The location was convenient to many nice shops and restaurants, as well as sites like the Norman Rockwell museum and the Divine Mercies chapel and grounds. This hotel is a wonderful blend of historic and modern..and the breakfast is great!

Staff was very helpful particularly Jerry in outside cafe. Grounds keeper did a beautiful job! Outdoor pool was amazing! Will be back to swim in in the winter. Loved the shops located in the main building. We stayed in Maple Glen which was lovely. I was disappointed my room was dark but now know to ask for a sunnier room when booking.

Had requested an early check in ahead of time and were obliged. Also, because our room was in the main Inn Building and I had read there were no refrigerators in those rooms, but one could be requested, we also did so, ahead of arrival, and were onliged. The queen beds in out room were comfortable and we had a large bathroom with a walk in shower.

The Red Lion Inn is charming and historic. Staff were great. Room was fine, though some of the furnishings weren't functional (bureau, kitchen chair). The property was just what I expected,and I enjoyed my stay.

Una estancia en el Red Lion es un viaje cultural al pasado. No es un hotel moderno pero todo funciona perfectamente. Cada habitación es distinta, la decoración es ecléctica y antigua como corresponde a un establecimiento venerable. Solo para amantes de ambiente con carácter y personalidad con 253 años a sus espaldas. La atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en restaurante, es excepcional. Transmiten el orgullo de trabajar en un hotel donde los estándares de calidad y de atención al cliente son absolutos. La cocina es de altísima calidad, el menú excelente. Una experiencia inolvidable.

Our experience at the Red Lion Inn went beyond our expectations. The entire staff was most helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and treated us as if we were the only guests staying there! The inn is magnificent and we felt we were staying in a museum! The accommodation was lovely and the dining room served gourmet food. We would love to go back. If you haven’t stayed there you are missing out on a great opportunity.

The Red Lion Inn has so much history and character, it was a wonderful Experience to say the least. With modern amenities, it still Managed to keep its old world charm Food at the Wolf Den Tavern offered some of the best clam chowder I have ever had Enjoyed the hot tub but both hot tub and pool were difficult getting in and out of for someone with mobility issues like me Breakfast in the main dining room was also wonderful with very pleasant staff Upon check in, the only employee at the registration desk was on the phone with a customer for a good 15-20 minutes while the line behind me were all waiting to check in. Since check in time is 4:00, and we were there at 4:30 it seems like there should be more than one employee checking in customers Overall a wonderful stay. One that I would happily do again

The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great. The staff were professional and personable and made sure that you were happy with your stay. Would definitely return to this inn.

Ideal location if one is looking to stay in Stockbridge. The guest house we stayed in was quiet and comfortable. But our room was looking a little worn and in need of some updates, such as the carpet. The property has an excellent restaurant. The property was undergoing a renovation during our stay, so the parking situation was at first confusing, but we got the hang of it quickly,
