This is small older hotel that they completely remodeled. The room was clean the bed was super comfortable and the staff was over friendly!! They helped with any requests we needed Parking was free and they had pastries in the morning Would definitely stay again

The reception staff were very kind and helpful and the location was perfect for getting to Universal Studios and Hollywood easily using public transport. The pool was a nice plus. Lots of restaurants right nearby. We were pleasantly surprised that our first floor was quiet even though the street that goes past is fairly busy. We found the coffee for breakfast good, something not often true in US hotels.

Great location, staff, and parking. Loved the early checkin and coffee machine. ONLY note was that the AC in our room was kind of loud, but they said it was about to be replaced. Also, no late night food in walking distance, so plan accordingly. Would def. come back.

Book now! I stayed here with my family when we were in town just to go to Universal Studios. I wasn’t familiar with the area when I booked it and was a little concerned because I didn’t want to put my family in a dump or a bad neighborhood. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a beautiful updated/retro hotel with a crisp, clean pool and a newly renovated room! The staff were friendly and helpful, there are fresh pastries from a local bakery every morning for breakfast and a coffee and hot chocolate machine in the front office. There are also drink and snack vending machines. As good as the hotel is, bonus for it also being in a very clean and safe neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants within 10 minutes of walking and it’s only a 6-minute drive to Universal Studios. We loved our stay and would happily come back if we’re in the area again.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful. The cleaning staff kept on top of the room and grounds to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The coffee machine in the lobby is top-notch. Would love to have at every hotel, and the pastries were truly delicious. No true breakfast included, but the pastries were satisfying. The parking in front of the hotel is a little small, and the pool is small, but all in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Sehr netter Check-in, obwohl wir vor der angegebenen Check-In Zeit am Hotel waren hat die nette Dame, ohne Aufpreis, direkt per Funk abgeklärt ob unser Zimmer bereit ist und es uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Vor Ort gibt es einen Getränke- sowie Snack Automat an denen 24/7 zu fairen Preisen eine Kleinigkeit zu bekommen ist. Sehr lecker ist auch das morgendliche „Frühstück“ bei dem es von einer örtlichen Bäckerei leckere Teilchen gibt. Kaffee, Tee & Wasser steht ebenfalls 24/7 kostenfrei an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tive uma excelente experiência no The Tangerine Hotel, em Burbank. O hotel superou minhas expectativas em diversos aspectos. As acomodações são muito confortáveis, limpas, bem conservadas e proporcionam uma ótima noite de descanso. Um dos grandes diferenciais é o estacionamento gratuito, além da disponibilidade de café e água na recepção 24 horas por dia, um cuidado simples, mas muito apreciado pelos hóspedes. A piscina aquecida também é um excelente atrativo para relaxar após um dia de passeios. O café da manhã é minimalista, porém extremamente bem selecionado e de ótimo gosto, com produtos de qualidade e apresentação cuidadosa. O destaque principal vai para toda a equipe da recepção. Em todos os momentos, os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, educados, prestativos e genuinamente interessados em ajudar, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. A localização também é excelente, em uma vizinhança tranquila e segura, próxima aos estúdios da Warner Bros., com fácil acesso ao transporte e às principais atrações da região. Sem dúvida, recomendo o The Tangerine para quem procura conforto, excelente atendimento e ótima relação custo-benefício em Burbank.

Standard Room King Bed - 10/10. Great size. Clean. Nice decor. Everything you want/need for a few nights away. Bathroom - 10/10. Bit cramped, but nice shower, toiletries and towels etc. Bed - 10/10. Lovely bed and pillows. Nice and quiet too, had some great sleeps. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Pool Area - N/A. Nice, but didn’t use. Breakfast - 10/10. Very nice fresh pastries each morning and a cracking coffee machine that was available 24/7. Staff - 10/10. The receptionist staff were all fantastic. Friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel - 10/10. Great hotel for a great price in a great location. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. $12 Uber to Universal City Metro and then you can get anywhere for $1.75… Would highly recommend.

The Tangerine was such a nice place to stay! It was perfect for just my daughter and I. Upon arriving my daughter did not feel that great , as soon as we walked in , we were able to get a room and the beautiful front desk hostess Dani , gave her water and told her to sit on the couch until I completed our check out. Our entire stay was perfect!

This hotel/motel is an excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The complimentary pastries each morning along with the coffee/tea/multi beverages were wonderful. And The Tangerine is located next to a number of great eating places. that being said, parking is first come, first serve, but we have not had a problem finding a space. I am a big fan and will definitely stay here whenever we are in the Burbank area.
