Clean room, very comfy bed, only complaint I have is the doors don’t lock and are vented. I guess given the location and no bathroom fan it makes sense, but it makes privacy while sharing a room hard. Restaurant was great! Hotel staff was amazing and very friendly they gave us a new room in so we could check in early with our morning flight.

The Westin is one of my favorite hotels to visit. It has direct access to the beach. A great restaurant downstairs. Also Starbucks right at the corner. It is located close to several great restaurants. The staff was very nice, especially the valets...

The only thing that we didn't like is that the rooms were extremely cold and you had to call maintenance to adjust temperature. So if you wanted it a little warmer during the day and cooler for sleeping, it was a hassle. Otherwise nice and clean accommodations. Pool bartenders were great. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach. However, they could use a few more with umbrellas.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The amenities were excellent, and while the pool was a little crowded at times, it was still enjoyable. The beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. The only issue we experienced wasn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. It was very busy with fans watching the World Cup, and some patrons were extremely loud and, at times, disrespectful to other guests. We truly appreciated that the hotel staff stepped in, addressed the situation professionally, and asked everyone to be respectful of the other guests. Despite that minor inconvenience, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Staff was very pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. Some parts of the hotel were a little dated but still well kept. One downfall was the area they put us there were so many business people coming and going so you felt really out of place walking in our beachwear while they were in suits. That would be my only complaint of awkwardness.

Excellent hotel. Nice restaurant. Nice pool. I loved the chairs on the beach. The staff was exceptional though. So nice, helpful and kind. My only critique was the valet parking. Very expensive.

This hotel was everything that I needed it to be!! I went for a few days to rest and reset. Perfect location steps from the beach. Excellent restaurants and snack/coffee bar. The pool area was nice and relaxing. You can also get food and drinks there. One of the coolest things was they have a catwalk and elevator that takes you directly to the beach!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with a nice fluffy down comforter.
