The hotel is a nice hotel, but not great for the price. The attitude of the staff was pleasant and upbeat, as was the accommodation. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and roomy. The hotel was busy at the time, so an option to change rooms was not possible. The street on which the hotel was situated felt filthy and somewhat shabby, not helped by the endless rows of scaffolding, which seems to be overtaking New York City. It's near Central Park, but, on the whole, our first impressions of the hotel, which cost usd 4500 for 3 nights, only kind of set the mood for us. In addition, the reception area didn't have everything we expected and seemed out of touch with the bedrooms' finish.

We stayed at both the Charlotte It and the Ham Yard hotels in London for dinner and drinks, so we chose this hotel because we enjoyed the style. It was nondescript. The restaurantbar space is lovely and bright. Our room was a good size, with excellent fresh decor and lovely bedding. The bathroom was excellent, with a lovely shower and some wonderful items. A few days before our arrival, they gave me two wonderful chocolate cakes and a note, which was a pleasant touch. The first night's departure was also a pleasant surprise, giving us gifts, a lovely hand cream, and a pillow spray. An excellent little extra, great little touch. Yesterday, I received a small box of brownies. Nighttime, they also deliver a bottle of voss water. The reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is partly due to the view from our lovely, enormous window, which looks out onto an obscene structure where work had begun and ended. So, it appears to be vacant. Second, despite the fact that the location is fantastic, it takes a 15 minute walk to Time Square. We were somewhat disappointed when we initially arrived given the huge price, but by day two, we settled to it.. Just understand. You wont be let down by the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities, which again, given the cost, should be provided.

We loved firmware first, when we first tried it at the London Soho Hotel in London. Something special about it because Europe doesn't have many big and comfortable hotels compared to the us. However, we've tried the ones in New York, and we're sure disappointed! Last year we stayed at the Crosby and this time at the Whitby.. Leave today and won't come back to these hotels! For the price you pay $ ok per night, you have certain expectations and requirements! The room lacked adequate light and is dark. More importantly, the service doesn't quite call 5 stars. The reception staff is nice, the restaurant hosts are not friendly and they leave lots to wish for. The food is extremely expensive for what it is. The turn down is just a curtain closes and removes decorative pillows, no special amenities, chocolates or anything else besides a voss water bottle. The room didn't have a coffee maker which is also expected for this price. Staying at this hotel is purely about kit keeps decor! Nothing more stood out during the experience than the shower and shampoolotions. If I were the owner, I would seriously look at the standards of experience and overall service. Next time I will be going to the Peninsula or Mandarin Oriental, no longer taking chances with firmware. Either decrease the cost or improve the experience and service!.

I do not recommend this hotel without hesitation. We always stay at the Charlotte It and Ham Yard hotels in London for dinner and or drinks. We chose this hotel because we like the style because it did not disappoint in style. The restaurantbar area is lovely and bright. We had dinner there the first night which was pleasant but not much choice. We had a drink the next night and listened to the jazz band before going out which was really nice. Our room was a decent size, with really lovely fresh decoration and lovely linens. The bathroom was excellent, with a nice shower and nice materials. It was my birthday a few days before we came and they left two delectable chocolate cakes and a note, which was a wonderful touch. The turn down the first night was also a nice surprise, with gifts like lovely hand cream and pillow spray great little touch. Last night I was left a small box of brownies my. They also leave a bottle of voss water at night. The reason I give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is partly due to the view from our lovely large window which looks out onto an ugly building where work had started and stopped. So it seems derelict. Second, the location is fantastic in many ways, only a 15 minute walk to time square. I was surprised when we first arrived considering the high cost and compared to both of the london hotel locations that are

The whitby is the first stop we visit on our regular firmware hotel trips. We got a very warm welcome after entering the whitby. Tony took us up to the most stunning room a junior terrace suite which was light and spacious with all the luxurious kit kemp decoration details that made us feel like entering a dream. Alfredo took us to the restaurant the next morning and was so kind and kind. The selection of breakfast options was varied and the cuisine was top notch. Overall, our stay was perfect, a fantastic hotel in the heart of midtown with a stunning bar, delicious cuisine, amazing staff, cozy rooms, and pure luxury. Everyone at the Whitby has perfect taste.

We first liked firmware when we first tried it at a London Soho hotel. As Europe hasn't the same number of spacious and comfortable hotels as the USA, there is something extraordinary about it. However, we've tried the new york hotels, and we're sure disappointed! We stayed at the Crosby once last year and this time at the Whitby. Leaving today and returning to these hotels! You have certain expectations and requirements for the cost of okper night! The room was small and unlit. More significantly, the service doesn't quite stack a five-star rating. The reception employees are pleasant, but the restaurant hosts are not at all welcoming and do a lot to demand. For what it is, the food is rather pricey. This is the only thing that stands out during our stay! There is only a shower and shampoolotions to point out. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider the standards regarding the experience and overall service. Next time I go to the peninsula or Mandarin Oriental, don't take any chances with firmware. Lower the cost or improve the experience and service!. Be patient or raise the price!.

We typically stay at firmware hotels, and the Soho Hotel is our favorite. As we entered the whitby, we were given a really warm greeting. Tony escorted us to the most beautiful room a junior terrace suite, which was light, spacious, and had all the luxurious kit kemp decor accents, making it feel like you're in a dream. Alfredo took care of us at the restaurant the following morning and was very kind to us. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the food was excellent. Our visit was excellent overall, an amazing hotel in the heart of Midtown with a stunning bar, great cuisine, superb staff, comfortable rooms, and a sense of total and absolute luxury. There are hotels that are much less expensive, but there are none that come with the whitby standard extras. Even though the cost per night is too high, I will try to be there again. The Whitby Hotel is the best hotel, especially for a woman traveling alone. Small and intimate. Everyone inquires about my first name when I address me. As asked, Victor and Tony were attentive and accommodating. Victor, my favorite, led me around the hotel, including the owners' suite and the private cinema downstairs. The restaurant bar is pricey but lovely. I fell in love with the panna cotta and the housemade burrito cheese. Lunch was 125 for soup, salad, dessert, and cocktail on the first day. The staff at the desk and otto as bellman were excellent. Waiters marco and carlos greeted me by name and talked about the cuisine, the unique art collection, and the city. Chef cook Pedro was welcoming, and KatherineGeneralMar stopped by to inquire about my stay and offered me a bottle of champagne. The theatre district is close by. Cleanliness is immaculate. The hotel is peaceful. Housekeeping is discreetly aware when your room is ready for cleaning. Room service is excellent and flexible around-the-clock. I was a guest of a family member here, so I cant speak of the value, but we all liked this hotel. Ive stayed at the Crosby Street hotel before, so I knew a little about what to expect in terms of kitkeep design and decoration, but I really liked this Midtown location. I know, I know, nobody loves Midtown, but this location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do at christmas. After the hustle and bustle of ith avenue and Rockefeller Center, it was a pleasure to return to this calm, cozy, and comfortable hotel. We had sidebyside deluxe rooms on ith floor, and they were large, beautiful, and individually decorated. The furnished walls were big, and I was able to stack my suitcase and stack my clothes. I enjoyed the chic fabric choices in our guest rooms and public spaces. Everyone working at the hotel was great, and you could tell they were very proud of the establishments work! I didnt have time to try the lovely restaurant, but I was glad there was a deli across the street where I could grab a banana and coffee on the run. The room has no coffee machine, as is also expected for this price. Staying at this hotel is exclusively about kit-keep decor! Nothing else stands out during the experience more than the shower and shampoolotions. If I were the owner, I would seriously look at the standards of experience and general service. The next time I'll go to the Peninsula or the Mandarin Oriental, no more taking chances with firmware. Cut the price or lighten the experience and service!.
