Clean, beds were kinda weird almost like air mattress feeling, nowhere to set your suitcases, the mini fridge was like a wine fridge with a clear door, shower head was for ppl really short I’m 5”8’ and had to bend down to wash my hair, the air fresher smell was over powering i immediately unplugged it. We got the remodeled room which was nice looking but not worth the price. Overall the front desk girl was very nice and it was clean but please add some suitcase stands and for ppl who have issues with strong fragrance smells maybe use food scents instead of floral to be tolerable. Location was on a busy road so yes there was noise but we expected that.

The floor had no carpet so was very cold and also dirty. There was no ice machine and no place to get hot water for tea. The staff was never at the front desk and had to be called if something was needed. The maids never came into the room for the three days we were there so the trash can was running over. The pet deposit was three times higher than anyplace we've ever stayed. There wasn't even a continental breakfast. My husband left a voice message on the phone because staff didn't answer when we were ready to check out and told them where he left the key card. They called and implied that there was a plant in the room and it was missing. There was NO plant in the room.

Rooms really need renovated. No microwave not even in lobby small fridge like a wine fridge. Not worth 80+ a night not even close.
