This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary.Resort Fee: $40/day plus tax (stays 1–14 days), $35/day plus tax (stays 15–29 days), or $30/day plus tax (stays 30+ days).Payment Note: Just a quick heads-up: resort and valet fees must be paid via credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted at the property.Check-In Requirements: A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon arrival.Optional Valet Parking: $35/day for 1–7 days, $30/day for 8+ days, or $650/month ($480/month for 6+ months).Important Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit (a $500 recovery fee applies for any violation), and parties or loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.
