I recently stayed at the Tops Motel for 5 weeks while doing clinical rotations for my school program. Alicia, the manager, is very friendly and accommodating. It was really nice to have a friendliness close by when I was away from home. I was greeted by name and with a smile every Sunday when I checked in. I had the opportunity to stay in three different rooms while I was there. They were all spotless, tidy, with lovely decor, and comfortable. The ac units worked excellent, and all of the rooms kept cool without being on during the day while I was gone. The included amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, free WiFi, and a large variety of to channels were perfect for both studying and studying during the longterm stay! I was able to keep groceries and prepare my own meals, which really helped save money for a college student! The motel is located off the highway, with easy access to both rupert, where I was training, as well as wheat, where there is a wider selection for shopping and dining. Ive already informed a classmate about this motel and would recommend it to others staying in the neighborhood for both short and long stays! Thanks once more, I had a great time!.

The only drawback to this place was the chains on the door, only one lock. The room I entered was outdated and spartan. With a very cozy bed, a great television, functional internet, and parking at the door, it was pristinely clean. The cafe across the street serves excellent food. There is a pleasant lady who registered me, and I felt really secure. I was given access to a tidy, spotless room, a fantastic TV, and internet. Overall, the cost is 50 dollars. I made an additional 40 dollars from the holiday inn Express close.

I am very disappointed. A dated hotel with an obvious longtime resident. Im sure you know that aspect. Checking was interesting. However, after some grins and generosity, the lady checking me in warmed up. It initially seemed to bother her. My room is fine. Traditional oldschool motel design. Does have a flyscreen with good channels, a microwave and a small fridge. It is an older motel. The furnishings are outdated but functional. My biggest complaint is that in my 48 years of staying in hotels and being a tripadvisor level 22 reviewer, I have never walked into a room that smelled so strong of sanitizerair freshenerand artificial scentI think it smelled like someone took a can of glade and spray it directly in my face You could literally smell it. I enjoy cleanliness, but I have never smelled anything so strong before. My eyes are watering, my sinuses are stuffed. And thats after having the back window, front window, and front door open for three hours to try to air it out. Someone should teach the housekeeping staff that perfume and air fresheners are actually carcinogens that cause health problems and diseases. I would stay again because it is a low cost hotel with low rates and functional applications, but I would call ahead and request a room aired out or no
