All of the employees at this hotel exceed customer expectations in many ways. I spent significantly longer than I initially expected in one year here, demonstrating a reasonable understanding and appreciation for the tasks that were dealt with by the employees at the Marriott. Likewise, the front desk staff, including Maria at the front desk, kim at the housekeeping staff, garnet and smitty at the maintenance staff, and jose for engineering, are all valuable to any corporation. At the front desk, Hassan and Jason were warm and competent. Hope, go has consistently delivered on any of the guests' questions and did so cheerfully. The property will be updated and has, ideally, standing ash trays for the numerous smokers at each entrance.

Roaches! I stayed in a twobedroom suite for six nights. A cockroach who was resting on the couch was the first thing that they saw when we entered the room. We quickly observed some live and dead cockroaches in the kitchen on the floor, in the cabinet, and on the bathroom floor. When we told the front desk personnel, they said they would call pest control right away. The receptionist employee contacted us the following morning and stated that they spray 20 rooms per month, so it appears to be a known issue. They also dispatched a maintenance worker to spray in the chamber. When we arrived later in the day and were having dinner in the chamber, we saw a large cockroach about 34 of a inch on the door frame next to the dining table, and two smaller ones on the table, and we also discovered live and dead cockroaches in the bathroom in the tub and the floor. When we finally alerted the front desk, they sent someone to clean the room once more the next morning. Unfortunately, we observed live and dead roaches in the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom every day we stayed there. We had to leave our luggage outside in a garage, wash every piece of clothing in hot water, and clean out every item we brought home in the hopes that we wouldnt bring any roaches home. This hotel is a hidden gem! The room is very clean, the building is well maintained, thank you to hope, Maria and all the staff for the guest service. Good amenities and great value! Staff that are very attentive.
