If I ever return to this property, we will undoubtedly return. For the first time, my husband and I took our newborn to Orlando, and all I can say is how wonderful this hotel was. When I was in university, I worked at a Marriott property and know what they have for their employees. So, I am aware of their expectations for their visitors. This not only met but exceeded our expectations. No problem, we remained for a week, and we felt like we could have remained for a further week. Because it is near everything, the pool area is perfect for a toddler, and the kitchen is a pleasant feature. Do not attempt to cook a turkey dinner in any way. We ended up going to Palmar Wish, which is close by and served quick stovetop meals, and felt like we had eaten well the entire week without the hassle of going out. The dishwasher is also a nice addition. The bed was comfortable and clean. Although small, the bathroom was clean and performed well. The pool was quiet, and the blackout curtains were great for naptime.

The best townhouse suite I have ever stayed at. The staff is courteous and helpful. The decor of the room and property is new and contemporary. Excellent location close to everything with easy access to all the major attractions. Also, the view from the room is unbeatable. Loved the hotel!

I reserved a one-bedroom two-seater suite. The description stated that it would include a table and four chairs. But it did not, and when I asked about this, the front desk was unfriendly. When the website was claimed to be inaccurate, I was contacted by him. I requested a few chairs to be used with the desk table in the room. I was given one chair after a few days. The motel was excellent without a doubt. The rest doesn't matter when you search for a hotel that explicitly has a kitchen with a table and chairs. When I requested the motel to update the website, they obviously are working on it and it seems impossible. The fact that there was plenty of room for a table and chairs is the problem. Not sure why you would want a full kitchen, but no place to sit and eat the meals you make in that kitchen. This could have been a fantastic hotel, but that tiny, easily fixed flaw ruined it. I found a pile of table and chairs at the end of my stay. I'm not sure why they didn't offer them up. The location was ideal for Seaworld. But, ideally try one of the other Seaworld partner hotels.

We chose to stay close by for the night because we were going to seaworld for the Seven Seas Food Festival. Our room had a great view of Koto from the hotel, which is in very good condition. The room had a nice bedroom and kitchen area. There is a lovely pool area with a bar and grill reflections. The pool bar seems to be out of stock on a lot of things when we were there, particularly the food, which only has 2 items. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and we settled on the gentle mushroom. It was nice to unwind after walking all day in the heat while exploring the park.

This hotel is very recommended. This hotel is very good and has great staff. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Sea World. The only issue I have is the parking fee. Its not too expensive for an overnight stay, but it can get expensive if you stay for a week. Considering that most hotels in the amusement park area are starting to charge for parking, it's awful. Parking is a total scam and shouldn't be included in the daily rate. It's a deal breaker for me. I didn't notice when booking this hotel, but I won't come back.
