I reserved my room last minute over Expedia b/c couldn't find anything close to my price range in a few small towns to the east. The search saved me a night trying to rest in literally freezing temperatures, and, only had to drive 10 more miles or so west. I was overjoyed to have a very large, clean room, microwave, refrigerator, large screen tv, and plenty of heat. For me, this was a 5-star hotel, but know that the average American would probably view it as a 3? Oklahoma in general could use a few extra snow plows, but I was able to get into and out of the parking lot successfully and didn't skate too much. Even better, the hotel was across the street from the Route 66 museum. Could walk to museum and restaurant(s).

Wasn't bad for the price. The motel itself was ok and friendly, but the other tenants kinda bothered me. Overall was good. We were only there 1 night

I had read some pretty scary reviews of this hotel and have to say that my experience was totally different. I was in Clinton on a work project for about a month and a weekly rate that was phenomenally cheap. The room was larger and nicer than many rooms I have paid much more for. Never heard any disturbing noises, no odors, nothing to disturb my rest. The lady that runs the place was courteous, charming and always helpful, as were the maids. If you want a basic room for a good price - well, read the reviews but I was really happy here.

In process of renovation, this motel was working hard to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was fantastic and within walking distance of a lovely Italian Restaurant, just off the highway. Across from the Route 66 Museum, a fun way to spend a little time before dinner. Not an amazing continental breakfast, but as good as most other places we've stayed. I'd recommend it to cost conscious travellers and those who like to support folks who are reviving old businesses.

Check in experience was good. The front desk clerk was pleasant and let us know she had already put extra blankets in the room just in case we needed them. When we got to the room itself, we started bringing in our luggage and looked around the room. We promptly noticed a large roach crawling on the wall. Killed it. My husband then went into the bathroom and noticed the 3 dead roaches next to the toilet and the long black hairs in the tub. Upon leaving the bathroom, he immediately killed another roach and a spider that was climbing behind the bed. Sheets were full of what looked like burn holes. We left immediately - not even taking the time to try to get our money back. DON'T STAY HERE. IT'S MUSTY SMELLING AND FULL OF ROACHES.

Room was not very clean, lights and shower did not work properly. Smelled like pee and perfume. Walls and ceiling falling apart.

This was the worst hotel I have ever even heard about, let alone booked. It was dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathrooms were disgusting. I walked in, put my bag down, looked at the sheets, saw the bathroom and left. I am currently in a dispute with expedia and the hotel to get my money back.
