My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, we enjoyed walking the property and the trail that was right in front. We enjoyed bbqing and the area there. The boys loved watching all the squirrels and birds. The outdoor pool was cold this time of year but we used the indoor one. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended!

The room I stayed in was redone very recently had a modern look to it, the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were new. The only thing that hadn’t been replaced was the shower and it was still in very good condition. The grounds and additional areas, fitness center and pool were in great shape. It was the only hotel with indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center in the area. Very close to nice restaurants, bar and the park.

This property has obviously been refurbished recently! The peaceful nature themed interior decor was beautiful and the wood furniture offered plenty of storage. Thoughtful details like additional shelving in closet area and the Keurig coffee maker were nice. There are plenty of amenities such as multiple pools, a playground, and outdoor movie screen that would be great for entertaining kids. The staff helped us with late check in procedures. When we needed hand soap, the cleaning staff delivered it and also refreshed our room even though we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning that day. The room was meticulously clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Be aware the bathroom is rather small, but nicely redecorated. The breakfast was continental, but also offered microwave grits and oatmeal, as well as boiled eggs. It met our basic needs, but The Pancake House is just across the street for a more extensive meal. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cade’s Cove!

We have stayed here several times over the years. And the updates and remodeling are just excellent. We have enjoyed our stay so much. My only negative thing was there was not great water pressure in the shower. We had problems with the TV and we called the office and they were there immediately to help us. All it was was a dead battery in the remote. Thanks again for our wonderful day

The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable!! The property was very expensive!!! Lots of outdoor amenities!! We used the outdoor tables & chairs in the pavilion area, for picnic lunches, walked on lots of paved walking trails, played on the pickleball courts, and had a wonderful bonfire one evening, on the property .

This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory.

The property was pet friendly which is number one to us. It’s a nice quiet area not far from attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It’s always clean and the staff is super nice. We stay here every year (sometimes more than once).

This is our second stay at the resort and we enjoyed this as much as we did last time. Clean room. Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful view. And even in the off season so welcoming. Hands down Townsend is the hidden jewel of the Smokies. And Tremont Lodge and Resort is the shimmer in that jewel.
