The staff at this hotel were all so respectful and nice. The room was clean. The gym space wasn’t big but the machines worked great. My only frustration was that the people in the room above us were loud. If I was to stay here again I would request a room on the top floor. Otherwise the place was great.

I love staying at Tru Hilton hotels when traveling and 9/10 times when I visit family in Battle Creek I stay here! It’s always very clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok, decent size pool. Nice lobby and sitting area with TV & pool tables. Housekeeping was very friendly and the from desk workers are always nice. Special Thank uou to Dyshe’ Wilson we were always greeted with a friendly smile when we came & left the hotel and she has great customer service skills. Even when some guest were being very rude and unpleasant to her she remained calm & pleasant throughout the whole interaction. Keep up the great work staff!!

For being a right leg amputee this hotel was perfect for me. The big bathroom with bars and roll in shower with a big fold up seat with the legs was great. The water could have been a little hotter the 3 nights I stayed. The room it's self was spacious for me to get around in my wheel chair or rolling Walker. I spoke to 3 of the staff members while I was there and they were great! Angie, Ronda this morning , and I believe Morgan was at the desk last night what a great staff to have. Thank you for the nice stay I will be back again.

I will say, that the establishment was well maintained and the staff very friendly. This was the first time, I had been to a hotel where the hallways and rooms didn't smell like feet and behind....And the breakfast dishes were awesome. I'm planning my family reunion stay at the Tru by Hilton, in Greenville, SC in July, 2026.
