Comfy bed. Hot water in the shower with solid water pressure. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Large TV with great selection. The air conditioning system was a big challenging to navigate.

Everything was excellent UNTIL...the people above us thought it was the party spot so I was up till 4:55am before I had enough. The manager immediately took care of the situation and gave me a later check out time. The only thing I was a little uneasy about was, after a complete night of NO SLEEP, we were not offered a discount rate or our money back!

The beds were comfy, selection of pillows were a plus! That’s right, different choices of pillows from firm to soft. Towels were super soft and if you happen to forget your toiletries, the hotels shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, hand soap were amazing choices. This hotel did not disappoint! And super kid friendly with a pool table for the older kiddos if they are into that.

This morning, Abigail was a shining star in my world. You can hear her cheerfulness from the phone. In this world, customer care is very difficult to come by right now. She is truly a beautiful soul and she knows how much she is appreciated.

For longer stays the Tru hotel chain is one of my favorite and this particular hotel confirmed that belief. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location close to the airport, and my room was clean and quiet. I used the downstairs microwave to make my morning pourover for the short drive to the airport.

In midland, I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and in recent years, I've been traveling there to see minor league baseball games. Finding the finest deals in midland is always a challenge for me. I try to also find a place that is within walking distance of the ballpark, some are too far for me to walk there, but when I saw this one near hilton I saw what days I wanted to see the games, and they offered me a wonderful deal on a room that is within walking distance to the ballpark as well. I intend to stay there in 2022 because the management there was so kind and helpful. Ty Tru by hilton Midland, for example..

The hotel was outstanding. It was pleasant to stay at this hotel, and you can tell it has been moved in the right direction because everything felt clean and professional throughout the entire stay. It was the first time I had stayed with the tru brand, so I was interested in this new modern concept I had been hearing about. Upon checking, the receptionist was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and suggested a few good restaurants to try. When I got to my room, it was clean and simple in design. No dressers or old couches, just everything we needed for our one night stay. I was greeted by the kind general manager tommy when I entered the lobby. She appeared to genuinely enjoys her job and made us feel right at home with her warm smile and professional demeanor. On our future endeavours, I look forward to staying with Tru and was glad to have chosen this hotel for our trip to Midland.

Nothing like what's pictured on site. Pool or of order, I was charged $230 with Expedia and $200 at end of stay and no refund for that extra $30. No microwave, but staff was friendly and courteous
