Lovely staff, safe area, close to lots of stores, restaurants. Older locally owned property, but clean very large rooms. Kitchenette area a nice bonus. Good value.

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable And the location is perfect for Mt.Vernon area everything was conveniently nearby Thank you Tulip Inn. I will definitely book here again on my next trip to Mount Vernon.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. Staff checking in and checking out was very helpful and polite. There was plenty of parking. The Tulip Inn offered microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and cereal, as well as juice, coffee and tea. There were apples to eat or grab to go also. I was visiting to see the tulips. The Tulip Inn was neat clean , as described, as pictured, and perfect for my visit. I will stay with them again.

I just realized this stay that they do offer breakfast sandwiches besides yogurt, fruit and muffins, juice, coffee with real half and half and tea. The heater, refrigerator, microwave and TV all are in good condition.

I really enjoyed staying here, right off the road of two grocery stores, multiple places to eat within 1-2 minute walk, and it was very quiet. Inside the room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Only small gripe I had was they had a kitchenette that didnt provide anything to cook with which seemed silly. Why have a full setup and expect guest to go out and buy pots and pans or even a single plate or cup . Overall would stay again easily at this price.

The breakfast was as expected. Lovely small muffins and scones, fresh god coffee and juice. I really appreciated the nut milk creamer since I can’t do cow. This is an old hotel but the facilities and kindness of the staff absolutely give you your money’s worth.
