Excellent property! Restaurants on site - and convenient to the Mucky Duck ect. Nice rooms - clean. This time we choose beach view and the sunsets were Gorgeous! Pool areas are nice . A little busy the week we went - Outside bars and food make a day at the pool enjoyable. Beach access is right across the st and you can rent chairs and umbrella for $25 A great place to just go and relax. Some days we didn’t even leave . Recommend the Shelling or Dolphin tour with Captiva Cruises as they are always fun

This is a beautiful and relaxing resort. We love that we can walk from the pool to the beach. Pool bar staff is great and the on-property restaurants serve good food with helpful staff. We have stayed here twice and thoroughly enjoyed each trip

It is a great place for a get away vacation. The locations is close to outside restaurants. The pool water was warm in late March. The fitness center has dumbbells plus other items. You can catch whiting in the ocean. The best time to fish is 1 1/2 hours before sunset. There is a fish cleaning station that you can use by their marina on the bay side. The rooms come with a refrigerator that does not have a freezer. However, you can drop off items that need to be frozen at the office, and they will be placed in a freezer. The rooms do not come with a microwave oven; however, they will provide you with one for $15 per day. The tennis and pickleball courts are on top of a parking garage. There are low nets around the perimeter of the courts. There is no elevator. There are three floors of rooms. The beds are firm, and the pillows are great. I slept very well. The rooms are very quiet. The air conditioner/heater is controlled by a remote control. There are nice items in the Pelican Roost Boutique, and you can get a !0% military discount there.

We didn’t know much about the resort but absolutely loved it. Our room overlooked the Gulf of Mexico, and we could see dolphins from the balcony. It was a quick walk to the beach and easy to rent an umbrella and chairs. We also loved the pools, hot tub, and seeing the manatees. Great service from the staff, also. Hope to return in the future.

Our site was wonderful. It overlooked the Bay, where the boats were a delight to look at each morning, while sitting on our balcony. The resort is unique - charming, relaxing, casual, with a quiet elegance, and no crowds!! We’ve traveled a lot, and this was one of the best ever. Simply marvelous!
