We enjoyed our stay at the Wanna Wanna Inn. We traveled with dogs and there was no problem getting accommodated. Yes there was a $15 dollar a night pet fee per dog. But you can't get around that. The staff was very friendly and took care of everything. The room was very nice and very clean. It has a window unit for A/C but kept everything nice and cool. A little kitchenette was also available in our room. The only thing the room lacked was a dresser for clothes but there was a clothes rack with hangers. Our room had beach views from all windows which was nice. Outside of our door to the room were two chairs so we could even hang out on the community patio. The Wanna Wanna Inn does not provide breakfast, so we packed bread and lunchmeats, lunch we usually ate at the bar and grill. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. The hotel is located next to a public beach access so you do have A LOT of passing through folk and folk who want to eat and drink at the bar & grill. Parking is available for Hotel guest you just get a placard at check in. There is live music at times, I think depending where your room is it may get a little loud we were at the end and our window unit drowned out the noise from the music. All in all it was a very pleasant stay right on the beach. Unfortunately though the loungers and sun umbrellas are separate and have to be rented by an independent company, which kinda stinks but it is what it is! Thank goodness we had our own chairs and sun shades.

The location (100 yards from the water) and the incredibly accomodating and friendly staff are what keeps me coming back year after year. The bar & grill offer some basic fried fare, but there are a dozen restaurants within a short drive if that's not your thing.

I felt rooms were perfectly outfitted, great small fridge, micro, coffee . all ground floor, easy in and out, but realize it is a small friendly hotel with a great beach, great beachbar, hardworking staff, and sand is part of a beach hotel. I will go back again.

We loved it here. I will say that it is an older hotel. But was very clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I did wish for a few more options on the menu at the bar. But they have the best cheesy fries. Very reasonable prices on the room and food.
