It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy. The gym was also excellent and had a variety of tools to use. My family and I appreciate how our rooms were cleaned while we were out for the day. The next time I visit town, I would love to stay here again!.

This place is a hidden treasure! This place offers excellent value. Although it is an older hotel, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom had many facilities, and the coffee was a Keri with wonderful pods. So the best hotel room coffee in town! And you get a fantastic view of the space needle. What more could you want?.

This hidden treasure really caught our attention when we first returned in June. From the breathtaking courtyard to the sizable rooms. We were privileged to have Samantha check us in and she was also our bartender! Such a lovely woman deserves to be acknowledged. She made our visit memorable. She notified my husband to join the convoy and demonstrated how helpful it is. She also helped us when we returned to see our kids again. Her work ethic is outstanding and we expect her to secure a sales position with her college salary.

This is a great hotel to be located in the heart of Seattle's downtown. All tourist attractions, shopping, museums, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. The rooms are small but clean and well-equipped. The staff is really nice and helpful. This is a very good place to stay.

spent four days at the hotel max! The vibe is fantastic, and the area is vintage with a seattle music theme. I love the deluxe room we stayed in because it was clean and well-furnished with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. If you utilize the amenities, the resort fee is not an issue, including coffee in the morning and beer hour at night, as well as wifi and wellness supplies. The location is fantastic. Everything Seattle has to offer is just a brief stroll away from wherever you are. Super simple access to the light rail to and from the airport. There is on-site parking for a fee that permits easy in and out. However, it all boils down to the personnel, which makes for a wonderful experience. Even when our door dash driver messed up, the folks we encountered at the hotel max were nothing but exceptional. The friendliness is outstanding. I'd rather find a candle or room spray for their distinctive scent. Some may say it's powerful, but I'd advise turning it on.

Great hotel! I was there for two days. A family member was receiving local medical care and I stayed in the hotel the entire time. It was very comfortable and the entire staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was clean and modern as was everything else on the property. Our room was quiet. The restaurant had a limited menu but the dishes I chose were very good. Website pictures accurately depict the hotel. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is not recommended. The condition of the hotel was good, even though it is an older hotel, and the bed was comfortable, the rooms are clean, the bathroom has many amenities, and the coffee is a keri with great pods. So the best coffee from the hotel rooms in town. The view of the space needle here was amazing.

We just went, and everything was great. There was a delicious continental breakfast. The room was clean and wonderful, and Samantha Rodriguez and everyone else I met was amazing! Since it was my first visit, I appreciate you explaining how to keep in safe in Seattle and what to enjoy. From cleanliness to the small details, I felt that the environment was genuine. Thank you once more.

In the center of Seattle. It's an ideal place to visit Space Ninja and the downtown pike market. It's also not far from the waterfront to walk to Grassfood. We love the place, it's good value for the money.

The hotel was located close to Space Needle and other places. The staff were always polite and accommodating. Even with the building's issues, the staff was still enthusiastic and considerate. The room needed to be vacuumed because it was antiquated and had broken dresser drawers. Mold was also on the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling in the foyer leaking.

The best thing about my stay at the I Hotel is the fun I atmosphere and the great central location. My favourite place to stay was the cafe for breakfast and the excellent food at the bar in the evenings and the happy hour. And then, I like the blackout curtains for international travelers. And then, the pillows didn't do this place justice. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, but the pillows let me down. We are glad to have refillable bathroom supplies.

It's good to stay in this location, it is the location of Space needle and other places that must be visited in Seattle. The room in the room looked dated but was very comfortable and clean, and had a view of the needle. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly service and prompt service. Recommended for a tourism stay.

I brought my granddaughters to do a comic con. We stayed in the bunk room because there were five of us. It had a very funky vibe that was ideal for the seattle scene. A large modular couch could fit all of us. Perfect for lounging and playing games. Plenty of room in the bathroom with double sinks and very comfortable beds. In the center of Seattle, near the convention center and all the great restaurants. A short walk to the link. Everyone was very friendly, from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers and the gentleman who opened the door.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the bartender is even friendlier. The selection of breakfasts is excellent. Location is 1010. My only criticism is that we should work on enhancing the rooms to be more modern.

I have a wonderful experience staying here. In my opinion, it's the region, so that's the cause. The employees here are really nice. The room was spotless, pleasant, and in a good location. My guys and I thoroughly enjoyed staying somewhere different from the norm. The only drawback is the parking arrangement. If you arrive late, the street parking will most likely be blocked and the nearby lots will be expensive.
