I have never stayed at a hotel where i had to remove my own trash, there were bugs in the bathroom but other than that everything was okay

This place is okay but really needs help with the housekeeping department.The towels and toilet paper were missing upon checking in. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job.There were plastic bags and food left from the previous person. There was hair left all over the bathroom floor and sink.They left soap caked on the bathroom floor and there wax left on the floor as well. The base trim was cheap and faling off the walls and you could see the trash collecting in the glue. The previous person had placed a paper towel over the fire alarm and the housekeepers did not take it down. You can tell that there are long term guests there and some were extremely loud and you could hear fights.The stove and full size fridge were great.It is not a terrible place but needs better housekeeping.

It was a clean place. Staff is super nice. Just that some of the clientele that now are there are not off the best crowd is all I can say. Def had gone downhill over the last few months.

The price was great and the staff and guests seemed like family there. I loved that. The place was older and could use remodeling. The room was basic. All of the drawers and cabinets were open when I went in. I understand that the have to spray for bugs, but that wasn't a good sign. I killed two roaches too. So all of my stuff stayed elevated.

The staff were not great. The hotel smelled like dog. No carpets in rooms like the picture displayed. The whole room looked like it was thrown together. Side doors didnt work. Pool closed. Good location.

They were not going to check me in cause it was after 11 but no where stated that. Then the room key was the wrong room. Tv did not work after I eventually got in the room.

It took 3 days to get a towel, although itbwas a suite there were no dishes, no silverware, no way to cook anything, and when it came time.to do laundry the front desk couldnt provide any change. Wasnt able to get a working remote for a day which meant no working tv. Not the best way to spend the 10 days i had to stay there.
