Cute property where the rooms are newly renovated and feel more like a boutique beach cottage than a "motel" everything in the room was new, the beds were comfortable (I'm very picky about a comfy bed). Downtown ventura and beaches were minutes away. The guy that checked us in, which I believe was the owner or manager was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Renovations are obviously new. The room was beautifuly decorated and great shampoo & lotions (Beekman). They could use a mini coffee maker in the room. Not a huge deal, there a lovely coffee shop a 2 minute walk away that just opened. The parking lot needs to be worked on and it appears at that may be in progress. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in close to everything especially Ventura harbor where we caught our boat to go over to the Channel Islands. We will definitely stay here again. The room was super clean!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly! The area felt safe, about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from the train station. Parking is right outside your room if needed. There was a really good pizza place (Topper’s Pizza) about a 10 minute walk as well. The motel’s decor was updated and cute. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay that was perfect for an out of town concert at the Ventura Music Hall (about a 5 minute walk!)
