I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.

Thank you Imani! So, no matter what may occur here,.. The staff are above board. Imani is especially helpful and thoughtful as well. She goes over and above what you may expect from any staff. Even when you may be having a bad day, Imani will lift your spirit with encouragement and A+ service. Not bad for the price. I’did got cleaning supply and clean the room and that help to remove the smells of smoke or what ever that was. I know the person after me will be happy to get that room so nice and clean and left it smelling so clean .

this hotel had all the issues i read in the reviews, but so did the other more expensive hotels near by. the bed was hard (but so was the Disney hotel i stayed in recently) the TV was small and had bright spots all over it. i killed a small roach and ant. the staff seemed to bothered that i showed up.

Property was pet friendly it seems like a lot of locals reside here. Staff were amazing for what they could control. Room doors did not lock. I was assigned three rooms to accommodate not having two doubles, so I received a double room that wouldn’t lock unless you used the manual locks. No bathroom light. Sticky floors. I received two single rooms which had sticky floors as well. One of those rooms also didn’t lock. All three rooms had roaches and I had to go buy my own Raid. One of the rooms never got registered to me and the owner knew that because front desk Robbie called her and she said to just let us have it because we arrived late from Maryland and needed rest. Later the owner would come knocking on the door saying we had to vacate due to this room not being assigned to us. Like I would not recommend this hotel unless they do a total renovation. Robbie was the only reason I stayed and the fact that it was the weekend in Virginia Beach and all hotels were booked. Nothing to offer for such a horrible stay and management never reached out to apologize and I was standing at the front desk when Robbie called her at home to explain the dilemma. To act like she was clueless later is mind boggling. Thanks again Robbie for your continuous apologies he’s worth more than he’s being paid to deal with the night he had. Always read reviews before you book. Lesson learned. Never rush so much you forget to read the fine print.

Hotel smelled bad, room was dingy band smelled. Weed odor through out and the walls had paint and marks everywhere. Appears the spaces double as short term low income rentals. Tenants have trashed the place

The room shower was not working the water barely came out and the heat didn’t work in the room ! Room 402 to be exact I’m not booking with them no more ! The people was nice tho
