everything ran smoothly, there was a fire drill at the end of my stay but what can you do. other than that it was great, nice little water park.

Everything was good! Except that the hot tub wasn’t working and the “Water Park” was only for little kids. My 12 year old was disappointed with the toddler water park.

I didn’t have one complaint about this hotel. The staff (especially Aaron at the front desk and Jill with the shuttle) were all nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was awesome, clean and pleasant. Shuttle service was an awesome bonus. Breakfast was great. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

It is a really nice hotel!! Very clean and tidy, and it was easy to get rid of garbage or used towels without any hassle and very easy to get new fresh towels!

Staff was very friendly and courteous! Breakfast was free and contained of: cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, milk, etc. there is also a Starbucks in the breakfast area. The workout room/gym was closed as they are doing construction (had proper notices up about it - apologizing for the mess) and the hot tub was down but the kids still had fun enjoying the big pool and kid play area. Rooms were very clean and stayed very cool through the night with 5 of us occupying. The mall is very close. 2 min drive (we parked in LL Bean) or can walk/shuttle. Parking was never a problem either, many open spots. We truly enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Room was quiet, clean and spacious. Nice breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly. Shuttle was convenient. Didn’t use the pool but looked like fun. Only complaint was that I wish check-in was a little earlier.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was great with a full spread, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Walking distance from the Mall of America. The indoor swimming pools were great, especially the kiddy pool area. We have a 4 year old and a two year old, and the kiddy pool was amazing. It was very large with a beach entry, water slide, mushroom spray water fountain and several other water features with the deepest area only being 2 ft. Great for entering the littles and wearing them out safely and without any extra cost.

Nice folks, great pool. Clean room close to the airport and a good spot for the kids to unwind the night before an early morning flight. Very affordable for what you get.

Our stay was great and the staff were super nice. The pool area was so clean well kept. The breakfast was also great, it was good to have home cooked eggs, sausages, potatoes, and French toast sticks! As our kid says this is a “happy place,” and wants to come back next year for his birthday.

The pool was nice and big the hot tub was down at the time. But because the pool was so big everybody still had a great time. The pool stayed open late which was a plus and opened early. My little ones enjoyed a morning swim after a free breakfast 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great spot for our family. We enjoyed the big pool and walked over to the mall. (Hot tub was closed when we were there.) King studio was perfect for the three of us and the kiddo reported that the sofa bed was comfortable. There was an also a friendly bar scene in the evening. It’s a big place, and there is a $10 parking charge, and breakfast ends at 9, but nothing that would deter us from choosing this hotel again.
