Staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was nicely laid out. Everything was great. Husband wasn’t super impressed with breakfast, but I appreciated the healthier options- yogurt, oatmeal, chia seeds. Nice workout room and pool- patio was also a nice touch!

I was there with my Mom for a weekday conference, and the price was a good value for what the property offered. The only thing that was frustrating was the walls seem to not be as soundproof as they could be. The first night there was a guest above us that sounded like an elephant walking back-and-forth about 50 times between the hours of 10 P.M. and midnight, and the family in the room next to us sounded like they were in the hallway right outside the door. Other than that, the stay was nice and an easy drive to Dubuque.

The front desk manager was very helpful. The hotel has a deck overlooking a large green space with trees and a pond. Very lovely. Very good fitness room and breakfast offerings.

From the pictures, I could tell that this place would be nice. And I wasn't disappointed. The pool was big. The hot tub was nice. The gym room was right nearby. The pool had wide windows so you don't feel like you're in a tight indoor pool. There is also a deck on the side of the pool. It overlooked bushes, so it felt nice sitting there. The lobby area was nice with comfortable chairs. Staff was very nice. Rooms were modern. I appreciated that there were many outlets. They had a nice bar, and while I didn't go in, I saw several people enjoying the end of their day there. The one issue I had was the breakfast. They offered potatoes, but sausages were mixed in. That was not nice since I don't eat red meat. Nothing wrong with offering just potatoes, please.

This property exceeded my expectations. The room was so large, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was huge and the hot tub was large and so relaxing! I would stay at this property again without reservation! The location was convenient to where I needed to go and the scenery in the immediate area was lovely.

Girls trip- big lobby just as pictured on their website. Loved the breakfast area (typical morning fare with a pancake maker instead of waffle maker...wonderful tea selection for us tea drinkers) which also served as a bar in the evening! We could order a glass of wine an sit out on their large back deck overlooking a beautiful lake. Very relaxing and great place when visiting Galena.

This was a second time at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby is beautiful. The pool is gigantic, and there is a big hot tub. There is a large outside deck. The only down side was that the cushions were quite dirty. Breakfast had an assortment of hot and cold items. The attendant was continuously filling items. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located an easy one mile from all shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The entire hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptional. The front desk, staff for friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile assisting with a couple special requests for kids. Bartender was friendly, mixed excellent drinks and the prices were fair for a tourist hotel. Breakfast standard, pool decent Overall, would highly recommend
