Great stay! Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Check-in was easy, and everything met our expectations

Great room, very nice staff, secluded location and the only downfall is no restaurant on site. However, you're surrounded by them within a five minute drive. Overall, we love it there!

The room experience was terrible Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working. Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed

Website said breakfast included but there was none. Otherwise room was very clean. Staff indicated hotel was recently repurchased and would be undergoing renovations in the near future

Facility does not offer the free continental breakfast as advertised. We were not aware of the $50 charge on the account that is waived once the room passes with no damages. Not a big deal but was a surprise. Front desk was very helpful explaining this to us. Outside really needs some sprucing up.

The room was comfortable, staff was friendly. The property (exterior) seems to need some attention to include the drive up, portico, and parking lot. The rooms appear to have renovated recently, but the outside…

Look the reviews about the doors not closing is because the handles are not installed correctly, regardless it’s a cheap hotel that’s 10 minutes from the airport… the room was clean. The lights and plugins don’t all work, but the bed and air conditioner work. It’s not somewhere to brag about staying. It’s a heck of a lot better than waking up at 5 am to drive 2 hours for an early flight. I will use it again. Gym had dumbbells up to like 45 or 50 that’s a plus, and the parking was free. You get what you pay for

Property in general was in need Of maintenance. Chips out of room And hallway walls. No carpet on floor and it was dusty. Room windows were filthy to the point of being opaque. I got stuck in the elevator for an about a minute and when I pushed the open door button the lights went out. When I hit the button again the lights went back on. Then the doors opened. Parsons smoking week outside the entrance when I pulled in. Parking lot was disintegrating and many spots. Would not not stay there again. Thanks!

The staff is the best part of the hotel. The front desk lady was courteoussy and professional.

It is not around any restaurants you have to go through an industry park to get to the place and the roof on the car port is falling down. Bug in the shower . Shower water goes all over the floor. Floor was not cleaned in too. No breakfast in mornings. Put us on top floor at end of hall. Did ask why the next day and she said we could have ask for different one. Didn’t check in to late just wanted to get to room.

Staff was very friendly. Good for a one-two day stay before checking out Pittsburgh/Monroeville.
