The hotel was perfect for our visit to Philadelphia. Comfortable room, great location with many walkable options, friendly and knowledgeable staff who handled all our questions. We did not eat any of our meals at the hotel so cannot comment about the in-house food options.

Enjoyed the rooftop pool, nice rooms, and 100% walkable proximity to all things Old City. The staff were incredible. They assisted with an early check in, held my bags when departure plans were delayed, and even helped after I realized I forgot to pack shaving cream. Will definitely stay here again, five stars.

This hotel is very well located in the Old Town section making it easy to walk to many museums & restaurants. It was clean. The pool was refreshing on a hot day. The breakfast was well stocked & had good choices. I had trouble when I tried to eat dinner in the restaurant because there was no hostess to seat me (@6:30pm). We had to walk out to find a place to eat on a busy Friday. The parking garage was right next to the hotel making it very covenient.

We stayed here for about a week. We appreciated how walkable the neighborhood is, the location in the historic district and proximity to monuments and museums and restaurants. Our room was clean and staff was helpful. One problem was siren noise when fire trucks were dispatched from the nearby fire station. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ok. The pancake wraps with apple were cold. Pulled from the freezer and still has ice on them. That was the complaint from all who had the pancake wraps. Otherwise, breakfast was good. And of course, we all enjoy good coffee!! We would stay again. The hotel was well located and within walking distance of all attractions and good restaurants.

We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out after a family wedding. I gave the overall rating a 5 star because the location was great. We were traveling with our 8 & 12 yr olds and the area felt safe and was central to all the historical sites we wished to visit. We also walked the 30 minutes to the 9th St Italian Market. Our stay was so short we did not utilize any of the amenities. I did try to contact the front desk to request a towel and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes gave up. Not a deal breaker, but likely understaffed like most places.

I’m a seasoned solo traveler and I journeyed to Philadelphia over Memorial Day weekend to do some historical exploring! I had a fantastic time (despite the rain…lol) and I could NOT have been happier with my choice of lodgings! Oh my goodness, the staff was so nice, friendly and accommodating! I had made a couple of special room requests and the staff fulfilled them both! A top floor room with a view of the Benjamin Franklin bridge! I SO enjoyed that view every morning and night! I had also asked about checking in early and checking out late and they worked to provide BOTH options for me - although I only ended up requiring the latter. But more than that, they were so, so nice to me! (Which is really meaningful when you’re a female traveling independently!) By the time I departed - Qua, Earl and Chris O. all felt more like friends than hotel staff…I can’t thank them enough for their genuine kindnesses and fantastic personalities! Additionally, I was super excited to be able to refill my water bottles in the lobby throughout my stay…and my bed and pillow (I really wanted to re-home that pillow!) were extraordinarily comfortable! It was truly a home away from home. And SO CONVENIENTLY located! If you’re visiting to explore the historical sites - look no further! You’ll be in the heart of them all! Thanks again for such an amazing time! LOVE THIS HOTEL!
