Very nice property, clean, quiet, organized. Arrived late and left early, so no interaction with staff. Kiosk did not recognize reservation barcode on phone, so had to enter additional info to find reservation and get room key.

I stayed in the extended stay area of their property and it was excellent! Room was spotless, very quiet, kitchen area for you if you needed/wanted to make something. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend! Will be staying again!

When I could not get access to the hotel?I called the number and the lady was very helpful and explained what I needed to do and where I needed to go.The parking lot was very well-lit.The inside was very clean and the rooms were spotless and smelled really good

I liked the kiosk, but there wasn’t enough signage or instruction. The room was amazing however and now that I understand the process, I would definitely stay again.

Great experience with the Yellowstone Motel, though I would suggest they get some better curtains to block the outdoor lighting. It was pretty tough to fall asleep with the LED beacon directly outside the window, but otherwise it was a great motel and experience!

Check in was confusing. The economy rooms are in a different building with booth indoor and outdoor room access. Your key card will only work on the indoor access, and the door leading in looks locked but is not. Maybe providing an email with check-in directions would help. When I called the motel number, no one answered. Took me 2 trips and 4 key cards back and forth between the two sites to figure it out.

We were disappointed there was no continental breakfast—even a sweet treat with our coffee or English muffins for toast would have been appreciated! We were expecting the same breakfast as when we stayed in the main building.

Poor directions on how to enter room in separate facility. Outside scanner didn’t work. Directions in lobby to scan QR code when didn’t receive one. Frustrating experience checking in.

The check-in process was frustrating. Expedia did not send a second code so we couldn’t check in without calling three times to the owner who finally answered to check us in. The rooms were nice, but the check-in process detected from the stay.
