The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. The breakfast buffet is average but so much better than American hotel’s free breakfast but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready for us. The rooms need update. One of the rooms we booked had a leak. However, the hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating.

This hotel is an exceptional value. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and quite good. And the staff was most courteous and helpful with directions, travel logistics and knowledge of Hanoi's districts of interest. Highly recommended.

Lokasinya bagus di pinggiran kawasan tua. Kami check-in jam 3 pagi dan staf sangat membantu selama kami tinggal. Kamar dan seluruh hotel sangat bersih dan modern. Sarapannya tidak luar biasa dan pada suatu pagi kami tiba hanya dengan sisa makanan dingin. Setelah jam 80 pagi, saya pikir mereka harus berhenti memasak.
