If you want to sleep soundly night avoid this place. The price is fair, the rooms are good and clean, the mattresses are hard. We discovered that in order to soften the load, we had to put towels, jackets, beanie, scarves and any other items we could find between us and the mattress. But it still didn't work. It's very disappointing

I wanted to love this place, and it has definite potential. The price and the view are the redeeming qualities. We paid 300, 00 dong per night, really cheap considering other hotels in the area are 500, 001, 00, 00 per night! And the view is amazing. We remained on the ith level. There is a deck area outside of the door to ith floor rooms there are only two rooms on ith floor. It looks out over the whole town, hidden among mountains. We were able to find a few chairs and sit outside to enjoy the view. The karaoke on the ith floor was so loud, that it penetrated into our hotel room and over the sound of our to. It continued late into the night, and began again the next morning at a motel. It was, in my opinion, the family. There was no toilet paper in our room and no toilet paper or clean towels during our twonight stay. There were two packets of instant coffee in the room, a coffee kettle. We requested additional coffee for the next morning, and they charged us more. We had our laundry done here as well, and it was returned with a musty odor. I believe there was no soap used. We also paid to rent a motorbike from this hotel, which we paid for immediately. After checking out, we were asked to pay another
