Kamar yang indah, perabotan lengkap, tenang, indah dengan staf 24 per 7. Terletak tepat di pusat kota tua, kamar bersih, luas dan nyaman. Harga murah, kamar baru. Akomodasi yang sangat bagus. Kamar lengkap dan bersih. Resepsionis yang penuh perhatian dan antusias.

Kamar kami mengalami kerusakan air, jadi kami tidak bisa check-in ke kamar yang kami pesan dengan balkon. Dia memberi kami kamar "upgrade", yang sebenarnya bukan kamar sama sekali. Setelah berdiskusi panjang dengan aplikasi Translate karena tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris dan menelepon dengan atasannya, kami mengatakan baik-baik saja. Kami sangat lelah dari perjalanan dan hanya ingin pergi ke kamar. Sayangnya kamarnya sangat kotor dan berisik dari jalan. Kami tidak merasa nyaman sama sekali! Tidak direkomendasikan hotel ini!

This place is ideal for a couple of nights. The place is exceptionally clean and peacefully cozy. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The price is reasonable for the room, however, there is one downside a prolonged wetness on the bathroom floor. It is advisable to exercise caution when taking a shower.

Hotel baru di pusat kota tua. Harganya lebih murah dibandingkan daerah lain, tetapi interiornya masih sangat baru. Resepsionis sopan dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Ada tur ke semua tempat terkenal di Utara di sini. Saya melakukan tur ke Ha Long dan memesan di Ami. Ini adalah hari yang indah bagi saya. Anda juga memiliki layanan pemesanan mobil ke Bandara Noi Bai. Saya memilih 5 bintang.

Kami tidak akan kembali. Kamarnya tidak memiliki jendela, tidak terlalu bersih, tapi tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. The best budget hotel in the center of hanoi, about 550 k vnd per night, with a modern design. The receptionist was very friendly and always gave prompt assistance. We rented 4 rooms at the end of december 2022. The one on the 5th floor smelled bad, so we insisted that they clean the room otherwise, we would leave and they spent a few hours cleaning it. The 2 rooms on the 3rd floor had hot water problems. After 3 minutes of hot water showering, only cold water would come out. We reported the problem, hopefully they would fix it. They were okay with leaving our luggage in the hallway as there was one date between the booking dates we didnt rent the room. Overall, i am very pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the bathroom and the large spaces of the bedroom.

The hotel is located in the old quarter. Very close to all the main attractions in the old quarter. The rooms are adequate for a few nights stay and the staff are very helpful. Check in was smooth and the bed comfort was adequate. They also offer tour packages and bookings. The Thang Long Water puppet theatre and hoan kein lake are a 3minute walk away. Visit the ngoc son temple. With all of this within walking distance, the hotel is an ideal place to stay on a limited budget. If the weather is cold, there will be an issue as there is no heater in the room. Special thanks to hieu who was always helpful.

Hotel ini adalah lelucon. Sebelum memesan kami bertukar email untuk merencanakan masa menginap. Kami tiba di hotel pada jam 9 malam setelah kedatangan yang sangat sulit (banyak orang di konser di Hanoi), hotel memberi tahu kami bahwa mereka penuh. Tanpa peringatan, kami mengirimi saya pesan pada jam 190 yang tidak dapat saya baca karena kurangnya jaringan untuk mengetahui jam berapa saya akan tiba. Mereka menemukan saya sesuatu yang sangat jauh, lebih dari 30 menit berjalan kaki, mengetahui bahwa kami harus tinggal di daerah tersebut karena ada janji dengan kedutaan. Sangat sulit untuk mencari tempat usaha karena kota yang sangat sibuk. Layanan lebih buruk.
