• A surcharge of VND 500,000/way/villa will be applied for an early boat before 7:00AM or a late arrival boat after 07:00PM

A complimentary daily shuttle bus from the resort lounge to the city center is offered for in-house guests and based on the resort’s schedule.
A half-day charge is applied for early check-in after 6:00 am or late check-out before 6:00 pm
A one-night charge is applied for early check-in before 6:00 am or late check-out after 6:00 pm
Child Policy:
• Children 0 to 5 years: Stay free on a bed and breakfast basis when sharing an existing bed with parents.
• Children 6 to 11 years: Surcharge of VND 830,000 per child per night when sharing an existing bed with parents.
• Extra bed for a child (if required): Additional charge of VND 630,000 per child per night.

Guests are required to inform the property in advance for their estimated arrival time and whether guests require airport transfer at least 48 hours prior to arrival by contacting the property directly. Guests must present an identification card or passport upon check-in to qualify for the domestic resident’s rate promotion.
Outside Food: Outside food including raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, or beverages is not allowed to the resort. We gladly provide storage at the resort so you can collect upon check-out.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Rates include complimentary shared boat transfer for guests checking in from 02:00 pm and for guests checking out before 12:00 pm, as per resort schedule. Boat is for two persons in one-bedroom villas, four persons in two-bedroom villas, and six persons for three-bedroom villas.
