I adore them and cant wait to return here the next time. Every time i return to hanoi, this will be my preferred spot. The owners, the entire family, are kind and accommodating. They provided our family with delicious meals and activities, organized a fantastic trip to halong, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.

Very nice familyrun accommodation. We stayed there for two nights. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. When we go to the airport they order a taxi for 250,000 vnd which is a bit cheaper than grab taxi and booked us a suv. The owner also gave us water bottles for each. The location is right in the middle of the old quarter. The room may be a bit small, but its fine.

I recently stayed at the antique angel hotel and travel, and while i wont be submitting my room for any spacious retreat awards, the experience was a total joy! Lets start with the elephant in the room, which is a good size, and the bathroom, well, let me just say its a good thing i wont be performing any contortionist gigs anytime soon and would need a bit of a refresh. No wardrobe? Not a problem, i just used the bed as my temporary closet. Who needs to hang clothes when you have a bed runway? Now, the balcony, my personal sanctuary. It was so charming with a great view. There was a bit of noise, and the street life and noises started early after midnight? It added a touch of local flavor. Overall, great value for the room, and the location is good! Most streets are dark after midnight, with only a few lights. Most restaurants close at 10 pm. Street food is available. Lets move on to the real stars of this show, the staff. These people redefine attentiveness. They didnt just welcome me, they welcomed me. Weeks before i arrived, they already entered my dms and inquired about my needs and wants. And then theres hang, my new bff. She didnt just check in on me, she made sure i was okay all the time. Hang, if you read this, i owe you a lifetime supply of bubble wrap for wrapping me in such care. The staff checked me out when i left for my road trip and kept my belongings too. So, antique angel hotel and travel, thank you for turning my stay gold. The staff definitely has the most large hearts. I leave with a suitcase full of memories and maybe a few wardrobe items. Until next time, keep the laughs flowing!.

The room was great and clean. They have a hair dryer, toiletries and mineral water. The highlight of staying here is their service! Its remarkable! They provide you with a list of foods and coffee shops nearby. They even build you a trip plan to go around hanoi. They also offer a package trip to ha Long bay, nh Binh, and much more. Just ask them and they will meet your needs in hanoi. Highly recommended.

Semuanya, izinkan saya bertanya, dengan pintu seperti ini, bisakah Anda mendengar semua suara dari luar? Sebelum manajer hotel dapat mengomentari, resepsionis (mungkin lebih muda dari saya) mengatakan kepada saya untuk memperhatikan bahwa kamar saya berisik. Jika kebisingan mempengaruhi orang lain, saya minta maaf, saya sangat pendiam dan baru berani berbisik setelah dia mengingatkan saya. Mereka juga menyuruh saya untuk menjaga kebersihan dan segala sesuatunya karena saya menginap 3 hari 2 malam, tanggung jawab pihak hotel untuk membersihkan kamar dan mengganti sprei dan handuk saya. Saya telah tinggal di hotel ini 3 kali. Terakhir kali saya sangat menyukai resepsionisnya. Saya tidak tahu apakah dia pemilik atau bukan, tapi dia sangat manis. Namun kali ini saya sedikit kecewa dan sedikit kecewa dengan sikap resepsionis Hei, mungkin tidak akan ada lagi di hotel ini lain kali. Oh iya, masih ada lagi, AC di malam hari masih panas 18- 20 derajat dan mengeluarkan suara yang sangat keras, kulkas tidak ada colokan. Saya belum mengomentari hotel mana pun yang pernah saya tinggali atau memberi peringkat rendah 1, tetapi kali ini saya benar-benar kecewa.
