1. Please double check your reservation. In case you have not provided us with the number and age of children when you make this reservation, please pay the children surcharge at the hotel.
2. A cash security deposit from VND 500,000/room to VND 2,000,000/room (foreign currency equivalent to the VND amount is also accepted) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after the room has been inspected and no damages or losses are found.
3. For online bookings, if guests of different nationalities are staying in the same room, all names must be included in the reservation at least 24 hours before check-in, or a valid marriage certificate must be presented. This policy ensures safety and security for all guests.
Children 0-5 years old stay for free if using existing bed
Children 11 years and over are considered as adults.
For foreign guests, the visa must remain valid until the check-out date stated in the reservation. In cases where the visa expires before the scheduled check-out date, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in accordance with local accommodation regulations. Kindly ensure that your visa validity is checked carefully prior to arrival
The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces; earlier arrivals will be accommodated first. On peak days when the parking is full, our staff will guide you to nearby parking at your own expense.
