Avani Central Hotel is part of the Beryl Signature Group. We stayed here from August 30, 2025, to September 1, 2025. We contacted the number listed on the website to confirm our booking and were also offered an airport pick-up service. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it a very strategic place to explore the area. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and spoke English quite well.

Nice room, central location, clean. The balcony didnt have a view, but maybe because the alternative would have been a street view which would be noisy. A bit expensive but otherwise great.

I am very satisfied with this place. The staff is very helpful and the room is clean, located in the heart of the old city. I want to mention mrs. Chloe, who was wonderful. All the tours or transportation we took through her was the best ever. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel and specifically chloe. If i come back to hanoi, i will book this hotel again.

Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari Pasar Malam, Kota Tua, dan juga Stasiun Kereta Api yang jaraknya hanya 500 sampai 1 km di sebelah barat Danau Hoan Kiem, jadi jika ingin kemana-mana harus berjalan kaki selama 5 sampai 10 menit. Staf resepsionis disini melayani dengan sangat baik hati. Kamar yang saya pesan berukuran luas, dan juga terdapat balkon yang terletak di lantai 5. Di dalam kamar nya sudah terdapat fasilitas AC yang berfungsi dengan baik, namun untuk AC nya memiliki ukuran yang kecil. Di dalam kamar mandinya terdapat 2 unit outdoor dan tidak terdapat ruang untuk keluar dari balkon. Di dalam kamar mandinya sudah tersedia air panas yang berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk kamar mandinya memiliki suara yang berisik dan tidak ada bau yang berasal dari AC nya. Di dalam kamar mandi nya sudah tersedia kulkas, hanya saja saya belum pernah menggunakannya, namun kulkas yang ada dimotel itu sangat berguna. Di dalam kamar mandi nya sudah tersedia air panas yang sangat bagus. Di dalam kamar mandinya sudah tersedia air panas yang sangat bagus. Di dalam kamar mandinya sudah tersedia sampo dan sabun mandi yang wangi. Di dalam kamar mandi nya juga sudah tersedia air panas. I heartily endorse this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. I had an amazing time at the beryl signature hotel recently. Despite booking a windowless room, i found the accommodations to be cozy and wellequipped. Even without natural light, the air conditioning functioned effectively, ensuring a pleasant stay. The spacious walkin shower was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I cherished the thoughtful amenities offered, including a hairbrush, tea, coffee, shampoo, and even a razor. Pete at the reception provided excellent service. He assisted with bags and explained all the room features with great kindness, attention to detail, and speed. Sofia, another member of the reception team, also showcased a wealth of knowledge of vietnam, particularly in the northern region. She went above and beyond to assist with booking tours and tailored them to fit my schedule and preferences. Another highlight of the hotel is its location. It is conveniently close to the action while being just a minutes walk from main street, offering a quiet atmosphere at night. Furthermore, the hotel and the room were spotlessly clean, which enhanced the entire experience. In conclusion, my stay at beryl signature was wonderful, thanks to the excellent service, cozy accommodations, prime location, and cleanliness.

The hotel is in the city center but not on the busiest street, so its good that you can breathe. New or well maintained. Very polite staff helped us arrange a transfer to the airport. The price is almost the same as a taxi, but it was ordered at a specific time and paid in advance so we could plan our last payments in vietnam. The staff upgraded our room for free, no one pushed us to write a review like we did in other hotels. In the room you have a toothbrush, water, and different kits for free. Finally we had a real window! For the price you really get the back comfort you paid for. It was an oasis for me, finally in vietnam i got what was shown on the official photos. P. S. I had a wonderful experience at the beryl signature hotel. Every employee i encountered, from the valet to the checkin to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to assist. I was given the junior suite, a standard double bedroom with a balcony. The room was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you! I will recommend it to everyone! Will return!.
