Wunderschönes Hotel mit top geschultem Personal. Fahrrad- Exkursion sehr zu empfehlen. Man zahlt ein wenig mehr aber man bekommt viel mehr. Grossartiges Frühstück. Leckere Cocktails. Ruhige, gediegene Atmosphäre.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and lovely. Dinner was exceptional. Breakfast was equally very good. The gym was great if you want to Exercise. The pool was lovely and the perfect place for a swim. I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

What made it really special is the history of the hotel, which you can see in the 1930s art deco decor. They mixed historic charm with modern amenities flawlessly. This stay was well above our expectations.

Best resort in Hue! A very serene and calming resort atmosphere. The staff were very observant and offered exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pillow menu showed how much they paid attention to comfort. Every day we got an assortmemt of Hue desserts which was a nice touch. High quality breakfast buffet items. The pool and spa were also lovely. Would definitely recommend this resort hotel as this is the best stay in Hue city.

This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased to see you. I thought I would be late arriving, as there was an issue on the railway line from Da Nang, so I messaged the hotel. Unlike most places I contact, the reply came back almost straight away. They welcome I got when I arrived was so warm, and the property so beautiful, I immediately booked for an extra night and would happily have stayed forever. I had a spa with Su, which I think originally should have been 60 minutes. However it took as long as it needed to and rather than just being a set massage from the menu, it was entirely suited to my needs and I felt incredible after. The amazing manageress informed me at breakfast on my final day, that the railway line was again closed but she arranged a private car, that cost me less than the Grab I had to get on the way there. The driver did a detour via the spectacular Hai Van Pass and stopped at the top for me to admire the view at my own pace. I would love to back to this hotel or the other one they have. I even purchased a bottle of the scent you can smell throughout the hotel, to remind me of my stay.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at.

The purpose of our trip to Vietnam this time was to stay at this hotel, which we had long wanted to experience. It took us about three hours from Hoi An, but it was truly worth it. The hotel is magnificent, beautifully renovated from an old building, and its solid, luxurious presence is something that could hardly be built today. The room we stayed in was spacious and located at the center of the property, offering stunning views that allowed us to overlook the entire building. The scenery from our room was simply breathtaking. As a special highlight of our stay, we reserved the Royal Court Cuisine dinner at the hotel restaurant. We dressed in royal costumes and enjoyed a unique dining experience at a beautifully prepared setting. Each dish was crafted with great care, and not only the flavors but also the presentation and atmosphere allowed us to fully enjoy the meal with all five senses. It was one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences we have ever had. The staff member who served us during dinner was exceptionally kind. They eased our nervousness, encouraging us to fully embrace the roles of “king and princess,” which made the evening even more enjoyable. They also explained the dishes in detail and kindly shared recommendations of places to visit in Hue, which we truly appreciated.
