The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices and selection of eggs was available and there is noodle station! Really enjoyed our 5 nights stays there! Will definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends!

It was a smart decision because I cherished the peace and quiet provided by all of your hotel's facilities. This unquestionably enhanced the excellent service of the staff, particularly my Hung and My. Day in the front desk department. I'll without a doubt suggest your hotel to close friends and family, and I'll certainly return to vacation. When I return, I hope to get the same level of service. Thank you once more, see you soon.

I've been visiting this resort many times already. The atmosphere was so beautiful. The food was good and the cocktail was delicious. All the staff here was so helpful and friendly. When I checked out, I forgot my belongings. The employees called me and got me very well support. I always remember his name. I hope to see him again in the future.

The staff were friendly, so we felt welcomed, and caring. The room was big and clean with a nice sea view and a bar at sunset. There's a good breakfast buffet with a variety. Overall a fantastic stay in the first section of Western Premier Sonasea. I'll be back.

The hotel has been closed for about 2 years, and the nearby restaurants and stores are just starting to reopen. But, the staff is friendly and helpful. Even though our air conditioning in the master rooms in both of the suites we stayed in did not work properly and didn't work at all on the last day we were there, the rooms were nice. The beach and the sunset from their rooftop bar were beautiful. There is no phone reception at the hotel and the area around it we have verified, but there is wifi at the hotel and on their beach. A fair distance from town, if you can get a grab car or negotiate heavily with taxi drivers, which I hate. Although the air conditioning in the master rooms in both suites didn't work properly or completely on the last day we were there, the room was wonderful.

The pool and the pool bar were fantastic, as was the beach! Being so close by meant that the beach was also fantastic! The room layout and check-in process was extremely difficult, the two-bedroom apartment featured only one small bed and one large bed, which was utterly inappropriate for two couples. Only one employee was able to speak good English, and the lengthy wait needed to be filled to make me cancel the entire reservation! Although the apartment was decent enough, neither of our two-bedroom apartments had air conditioning that was not suitable for a five-star rating. During our visit, the entire hotel completely lost power four times. Although the hotel had good service, a lovely pool, I would not remain again due to the air conditioning troubles!.

Overall it's worth the money. The hotel view is very nice and lovely, it's very clean and neat. The worker's dinner handsome is really nice and easy to make friends with. There is a gym and spa and a place for children to play.

Generally a pleasant visit and good value, which is something I might anticipate from a best western company. We visited on the lunar new year, which means that most parts of php quo, including this one, were crowded. The room was adequate, clean, contemporary, and functional. However, there was a weak soundproofing because we could hear people talking from the corridors and as we stayed on the top floors, I could hear furniture moving around as they closed the rooftop bar at night. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and of decent quality. The breakfast area became very crowded, so the service was not particularly attentive, but we had what we needed, so it was fine. The hotel grounds were pleasant, green, and clean. The long pools were really fun to swim in. The beach was nice and had good bar service, but it can become very crowded in the afternoon. Service was hitchhiking. Dont expect 5 and lower your expectations then youll be happy. First off, the hotel didnt have my membership number on file and did not recognize my bestwestern status, which I hold their highest level bow. Later on, my points didnt appear, and I had to manually ask for them. All the while, I made my reservation directly from the hotel website. Then we had to wait 3 hours for our rooms, which might be understandable due to overbooking, but at other hotels, I would

This is my second stay while traveling with my family. I felt very welcomed and retrained by my staff. The location is good, 15 minutes drive from the airport and right in the center of the island, making it easy to travel to other destinations!

The room is really large and the cleanliness is nice, and there's a private beach. The facilities are also very good, plus the check-in process is very simple. I really appreciate xiao's dedication to making the check-in process so easy.
