This was one of my favorite places that I stayed in Hoi An. Very affordable and clean. My room was also upgraded to a better room free of charge. Breakfast was delicious, the hosts were a delight, beds were some of the best I had in Vietnam, and I would definitely choose this place to return to.

We had a lovely stay at Bi’s. The room was spacious and comfortable and included everything we needed. The home stay is a 10-15 minute walk from the old town, and though it may not be the closest, it is in a quieter area and therefore probably less noisy than staying in the centre of town. It is also a short (and cheap) taxi or Uber ride to An Bang beach. Bi does offer bicycles too, but we were too lazy to use them! Bi herself was a very helpful and attentive host. She always made sure everything was OK and also gave us umbrellas to use for free when it rained. Her sisters, Kieu and Van were fantastic, they were very lovely and helpful too. For example, as part of a special Buddhist celebration that coincided with our stay, they invited us to eat vegetarian food with them which they had prepared themselves (great for me as I’m vegetarian anyway!), they were so kind to us throughout our whole stay. We would absolutely recommended this accommodation and would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay at Bi's House Homestay. We were made very welcome and the facilities were excellent. It was great that we had free use of bicycles to explore the area. The breakfasts's were amazing and the rice paddy views capped off a lovely room.

We will return! Having been here for four days, a friend suggested Bis Bees House to us, and we can't express how great our stay was. Very lovely, spotless rooms, and wonderful, helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the area and willing to assist with any queries. Although we didn't use the treasures we discovered on our walks, we picked them because we prefer them over pedal bikes and motorcycles. Eat brunch as well! It is delectable and well worth the small fee!

The AC didn't seem to work on the first day. The following day it was fixed. The bathroom facilities are good and close to hotels. Shower has high pressure and good temperature control. Location a bit far from old town but still within cycling distance. Some rooms face east, allowing early risers to capture sunrise from their rooms.

A very nice stay at the edge of the city center of Hoi An. Nice, clean rooms with balcony and nice view over the rice fields. The room is at the back of the house so it is very quiet. Lieu, the daughter of Bi, is the receptionist and helps you with all your questions and bookings. Thanks for the great service and kindness! Had a nice time here!.

So this wasnt our first choice of homestay. Originally, we chose Dream Flower down the road what a nightmare it turned out to be! Luckily Bis house homestay was nearby and so we looked because application gave it a good rating. We are happy that we did!. Firstly, the location is wonderful. Not only do you have access to a beautiful view of rice fields, but bicycles are free so you can cycle there in about no time. If you are vegan you are less than a twominute walk from the neighborhood vegan restaurant that offers authentic cuisine for about nothing! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, and come with a shower with both hot and cold water. The hostess and her sister are warm, inviting, and only too happy to help in any way they can. If you are ever in Hoi, do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay at Bis House Homestay we know we will!.

During our backpack adventure in 2017, my friends and I stayed at Bis House. We originally had reserved a place at a less expensive hostel, but when it got to 100 in the morning, ants were coming in, so we decided to find another place to stay. We took a call in the middle of the night and then went out to bis where we were so friendly and professionally greeted. I can't say enough good things about how fortunate I was to stumble upon such a lovely location! The hotel was very clean, the room was really nice with air conditioning, and a beautiful balcony. In my experience, Lieu was the best hostess I've ever had! She assisted us to rent scooters, gave us directions to places we needed, gave us bikes to the beach, and researched the information on activities we were interested in. She is incredible. She would ask us at what time we would be up each night so she could prepare us some breakfast. I still dream of her delicious banana pancakes! She gave us a complete traditional Vietnamese dinner one night, which was delicious. She made our stay in Hoi even better than what we had originally planned. If you want to have a greater insight into the city, I would highly suggest going.

Bi was super friendly and really went out of her way to help you. The room was huge with large balcony the bed was rock hard and ther e wasnt much in the way of English tv channels but other than that I couldn't really complain. Loactionis pretty handy for everything.
