Had a fab time at Blue Clouds - Duong could not have been more helpful, even helping us push the twin beds together to make a double after i'd accidentally booked us the wrong room type. His little dog is also so cute and welcomes you back every day with a wagging tail. It's a great location too. A short walk to the old town and we also walked to the pottery village.

If youre planning a stay in hoi an, we highly recommend this homestay! The hosts are the kindest people and go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Apart from that, the location is excellent. Close to the old town and a short bicycle ride from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!.

Would absolutely suggest and return to this place! We only spent a few nights here, but we received a ton of excellent recommendations! We sat down, talked about the area, and made reservations for a cooking tour when we got there! It was a fantastic way to get around, and we also borrowed the bikes that were given for free.

The hosts were truly amazing, they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generally very kind people. They provided us with fresh towels every day and provided laundry service, making it all very easy. They also provided us with advice about the local area, who to not trust, etc. They arranged for us to travel to my son and arrange airport transfers. We didnt intend to stay in hanoi for very long, but we decided to stay longer because the atmosphere was great and we felt very welcome here. I highly recommend it!.

We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in hoi an. Thank you, duong and van! -Abbie and jairus. We have been traveling around Vietnam for the past two months, and this homestay was by far our favorite. The hosts, duong and van, are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean, they cooked us a delicious breakfast every day and even brought us a tea kettle when we asked for one. The location is a 10minute walk from old town, which was perfect to avoid crowds and noise. We ended up getting sick and had to extend 5 more days so we could rest and heal. They took such good care of us during this time and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even made us tea late one night when we were still sick. Thank you, duong and van!.

The best place i stayed in vietnam. The host was very friendly and had great recommendations. Every evening i was excited to return and see the little puppy. The location is perfect. Very close to the old town but quiet and peaceful. The host went above and beyond to welcome us. There are free bikes and he sets us up for the day. The tailor and food recommendations he gave us were amazing. The showers were hot, the ac was cold. It was hard to leave the home stay every morning, the vibes were very perfect.

The room was also very nice and clean. They even helped us get a ride to hut over the hai van pass. We got a great introduction to what to do in hoi an when we arrived and booked a boat tour and a cooking class for us. Very nice room and a very friendly host.

Our stay here was perfect! The room was clean and spacious, there were many delicious breakfast options, the scooter rental went perfectly and the owners were very helpful and kind. Also, the location of the homestay was really nice as it was only a 10 minute walk to the old town with atms and minimarts on the route.

I would absolutely recommend it. Excellent location, just a 10minute walk from the old town, try the peaceful back streets instead of the bustling main road, yet well situated down a quiet street for a good nights sleep. Kind owners who can provide advice and car service to da nang at a reasonable price. Cute dog! The rooms are as shown in the pictures, clean and quiet.

I cannot recommend blue clouds enough! The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, duong and his wife and their dog Rum went above and beyond to ensure that we made the most of our trip to hoi an. He emailed us in advance so we could arrange transportation from da Nang straight to the door step. Upon arrival, we were given the most refreshing welcome drink and the room was precooled (the air conditioning works great), spacious and comfortable. At checkin, duong has a map to highlight all the things to note about hoi An and the activities in the surrounding area. He is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations. Blue Clouds is in a great location, a short walk from the old town. There are free bikes for use to get around. There is also a laundry service onsite. He is also very helpful in coordinating your future plans, we had already booked our train ticket but he set up transport to the railway station and made sure we had breakfast before our early morning departure. The service throughout the stay is truly exceptional. All the services provided on site and coordinated by duong are very affordable and transparent. In addition to the amazing hospitality, the place is worth booking just to play with their adorable dog Rum. Thank you so much!.

The first thing i noticed was how friendly and kind the owners were. They were very helpful but not pushy. The room itself was as clean as any hotel room in any country ive ever been to. It was very comfortable and spacious. These people are truly wonderful and the hotel was a nice break from noisy hostels. Thank you!.

We had a great time staying here. Rum, our adorable little dog, welcomed us and made us feel very welcome was a bonus! We received a wealth of information about what to do and what not to avoid from the owner and his wife. Excellent value for the location, which is close to everything and serves breakfast! The nicest feature was that you could ride a bike freely every day and explore the city! It was spotless and lovingly decorated, and we felt very at home! Would suggest!.

We had a wonderful stay at blue clouds. Clean, comfortable rooms, a great shower and helpful staff. We were given a map and run down of things to try while in hoi an. We were close to the old town and within walking distance of everything we needed. Duong was so wonderful and helpful booking us a bus and taking us to where we needed to go. A beautiful place to stay in hoi an and they even have a cute dog.

The stay was incredible, it was my favorite and best experience since traveling. The location is great, close to the town, only a 10minute walk away. The owners are amazing, caring, and truly do a great job. Their little dog, rum, is the sweetest thing youll ever see and is always ready to greet you when you return. If youre staying in hoi an, look no further, this is the place to stay. Being so far from home made me comfortable, safe, and at home. I really loved it so much that i extended my stay in hoi an.

We had an amazing stay at blue clouds homestay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner duong, his wife, and their adorable dog rum. After checking us in, they helped plan our two days in hoi an and provided us with a city map showing where to go and where not to go. The room was very comfortable, and the ac worked perfectly. They have free bike rentals that we used to ride around the city and have laundry on site at a very reasonable price. They also helped us book our bus to dong hoi. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!.
