We were brought next door to Aris Hotel and told our reserved room at Manchester needed repairs. The room was filthy with hair everywhere. The rug had never been swept, let alone vacuumed. We also had to wait for reception to give us a remote to use the TV.

First of all we are a couple at 23 and 21 years old, and are used to travel. We don’t care much about the hotel since we were only gonna sleep there one night and mostly be outside exploring the city. This hotel though was really not good at all. The walls and the bedsheets were dirty, and there was a really bad smell. They did not clean after the previous guest, they only washed the bathroom with spraying some water all over. The shower- and toilethose made some clicking noises because of the water pressure, that was really anoying. The only positive was that we could rent a moped at the hotel and it was close to the beach. The only reason we stayed there was because it was only one night, but there are sooo many other hotels in the are that I would rather stay somewhere else.

Cockroaches every where, bed sheet and pillow have very bad smell. Whole room smells very bad.
