Had an amazing experience from booking our airport transport, checking in late night and checking out. We were greeted by Jerry who offered us iced tea and iconic Hanoi beer upon arrival. The room has all you need, comfy bed and very cool AC. All the staff were lovely and breakfast had great options. Easy walk from everything and one step away from iconic food spots.

Saya tinggal di sini selama dua hari berturut-turut pada akhir Desember dan pengalaman saya secara keseluruhan sangat buruk. Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini sama sekali. Sensor pintu kamar 301 tidak dapat dibuka. Tidak ada respons setelah gesek kartu 3- 4 kali. Saya harus menekannya dengan badan untuk membuka pintu. Kartu pintu sangat rapat dan sangat mengganggu Buka pintu. Pintu kamar tidak bisa dibuka sepenuhnya karena ada karet strip di bawah pintu dan seluruh pintu macet. Air mandi sangat dingin. Suhu rendah di Vietnam Utara di bulan Desember, jadi Anda hanya bisa mandi air dingin. Udara panas di pengering rambut sangat kecil, sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih dari 40 menit untuk mengeringkan rambut. Manajer di lobi membuat saya tidak nyaman. Dia terus bertanya apakah saya sudah mengatur penjemputan di bandara. Saya menjawab sudah dan bertanya berapa biayanya. Semua toilet dirancang dengan sekat kaca, tidak ada privasi sama sekali, sangat merepotkan jika dua teman bergantian menggunakan toilet, jika Anda menghargai privasi, jangan pertimbangkan ruangan ini.

This hotel is very valuable in comparison to what you get. The service is excellent. Since we arrived, sebastien welcomed us like we were in a fivestar hotel. He gave us many recommendations and assisted us greatly. The room is cute and clean, but we can hear the noise from the neighbor and the towels look old due to the hole.

There is nothing special about this hotel, after reading all the comments here thinking it was a good choice but no! Their staff was really rude and there was no customer service from bellboy, reception and maintenance. They need to say hard again how to greet customers, hospitality manner and basic hospitality. 9.1 rating? It should be 3 stars! There are more hotels nearby that offer better service with quality accommodation. Upgrade to 100 k vnd per night, 300 k vnd per way airport drop off ( 381 k vnd on grab car ) but unfortunately they not standby the car until 11.20 a.M. And rush to get a replacement driver! We were staying for 4 nights but they split from 2 nights with bigger room no.800 and then another 2 nights. However, i will give a compliment to the female staff at the front office (intern student / night shift lady), restaurant staff and housekeeping with great service.

A solid 4/5 stars. Comfortable beds, nice toiletries provided, excellent location. Hangers are provided. There were a few bugs in the room and ants on the breakfast table, but this is minor. The night staff didnt know how to use the tv. The water barely warms up. Excellent breakfast variety. Please note that this hotel does not accommodate wheelchairs.

Kedua hotspot terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dan berbagai pilihan tempat makan. Saya memiliki kamar di belakang, tetapi hanya memiliki lubang cahaya kecil dan gelap. Ini tidak mengganggu saya selama dua malam, terutama karena suasananya sangat sepi dan saya bisa tidur tanpa penutup telinga. Kamarnya masih cukup besar, begitu juga kamar mandinya. This was our first visit to vietnam in January, spending three nights there. The carillon was quite pricey for the caliber of the accommodations compared to all the other accommodations we have stayed in the previous seven weeks. The staff is very friendly and speaks good english. However, they were very pushy when they tried to pressure us to book tours outside of the budget we had told them. The rooms are quite clean, with spotless mattresses and towels, but the bathroom was filthy. The rooms are small. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety. At the end of our stay, the staff tried to pressure us to write a review for them. When my partner was writing the review on his phone, one of the staff members took it out of his hand and changed all of his fourstar ratings to five stars. The next day, the staff member denied doing it and attempted to force us to write another review.

Saya tidak merekomendasikan Carillon Boutique Hotel. Kamarnya berukuran lumayan tapi tirainya memisahkan area kamar mandi dan area kamar tidur sangat kotor. Selain itu, ketebalan dindingnya sangat tipis sehingga kami dapat mendengar segala sesuatu yang terjadi di koridor. Lokasi hotelnya menyenangkan. Ini sebenarnya satu-satunya hal positif. Saya pikir mungkin untuk menemukan hotel yang berlokasi strategis dengan staf yang lebih terhormat di tempat lain.
