Overall, the location is good and has potential, but i am so disappointed with the service that i wouldnt want to book here again. I would like to share my honest opinion about this hotel/apartment. It was within walking distance of main areas such as ben thanh market, bui vien walking street, and nguyen hue walking street. I would like to say it is about a 25minute walk, which was nice especially during the holidays when we couldnt get a grab but still wanted to experience the holiday with the locals. The first receptionist, who was accommodating to our concerns, said it was okay and that i could pay the remaining 50% when we checked in on the 24th. The second receptionist pushed us to pay the remaining amount the next day and said it was corporate policy. I explained to them that i spoke with the first receptionist and had no problems. I explained that i wanted to pay on the day of checkout and they said if you can pay the remaining amount the next day, there is no rush. A couple of days later, i told my family about this experience and my uncle complained to their supervisor, and i guess the supervisor became mad at that receptionist. When i returned to the hotel the same day, the second receptionist told me that if i had any problems, i would pay them 100%. If it had been communicated properly and written somewhere on contract, i would fully pay her the remaining amount. I had such a terrible customer experience that i ended up checking out a day early than my original plan. They ended up deducting the amount for not staying the extra night.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained with all the basic amenities i needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms, facilities, and service were modern and clean, and the staff were amazing. What you see online is exactly what you get. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and will be on my top list for my next visit.

Treadmill tidak berfungsi (ini sebabnya saya memesan kamar ini). Meskipun kedap suara buruk, orang-orang di sekitar sangat tenang di malam hari (setelah pukul 23:00). Mungkin saya cukup beruntung tidak terganggu oleh kebisingan. Saya memesan dua kamar, keduanya tipe sama. Satu kamar mandi bocor dan toilet tidak bisa disiram dengan baik.
