We had a day off in Hanoi after travel and before another work related task. Great neighborhood, not as noisy as many in downtown. Good selection of shopping and services in area. Staff attentive, helpful if sometimes imperfect English- which is usual in Hanoi. Breakfast simple and OK, good food deals in neighborhood. Not as close to main tourist sites as some, but worth walking tor the quiet.

Spacious room with clean amenities. The staff was smiling and worked gently. Their location is convenient and can access to everywhere easily. Breakfast is careful and hot as they cook directly after I order and choose in menu.

Room was clean with full of amenities even though I booked the cheapest room Superior with no window as i did not need luxury room. This hotel is in local areas where local Vietnamese live but still near the Old Quarter and in the centre. As far away the tourist side, it is quite and have many cheap tasty food around. Satisfied to stay here

Room was clean with full of amenities even though I booked the cheapest room Superior with no window as i did not need luxury room. This hotel is in local areas where local Vietnamese live but still near the Old Quarter and in the centre. As far away the tourist side, it is quite and have many cheap tasty food around. Satisfied to stay here

The staff were so friendly. I already booked a city tour in reception. The room was clean with full facilities. They are in centre and take 1km to go to Old Quarter. The location is good to explore the city. Local food near hotel is cheap and delicious such as pho, hotpot and bun cha. Recommend.

it was a nice experience, room is clean & wild, comfortable. the equipment is all works well, staffs are friendly. as my exerience, cleanliness & attitude is kind of difficulty in Vietnam. So, i highly recommend this hotel, they make a good business with clients. Win / Win for both sides.

My stay was enjoyable here. The staff in daytime was super friendly and helpful. I took the free map and local food guide at the front office desk. Good location that is near Ancient Citedal, Tran Quoc Pagoda/Quan Thanh Temple/Westlake and Long Bien Bridge. The Old Quarter and night market takes 5-10" to walk. Cleaning spacious room even though Superior room do not have window (it"s still ok as reasonable price)
