I heartily endorse her. Phuong is a topnotch massage therapist. She is incredibly kind and courteous. Despite the language barrier, she makes a point of using a translator for better communication. A plus is the location and its atmosphere.

We have been a fulltime traveler for the past two years and have visited over 40 hotels, and we found this crowne plaze to be excellent as a 4.5 star hotel. The facilities are excellent. Welldesigned, with enough vietnamese character, more than most global brands that are typically bland. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. They attended to all our needs, plus. We were given an upgraded onebedroom and two bathroom suite, which was perfect and very comfortable. They provided all of our water and other refills we needed without a doubt. A large fruit bowl, a bouquet of roses, and rose pedals scattered on the bed. The fitness center was one of the best weve seen, a large room with equipment spaced out. The pool was a little small but nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, ive seen many better, but decent. Very nice restaurant, lovely cafe. The executive lounge was very good, but because they only had about 6 rooms with access, they limited the choices in the evening and didnt really serve breakfast, although you could order a la carte. The main problem for us as tourists and travelers was that vinh yen has almost nothing to do or see. Restaurants werent great in town, most were closed during the day, and many were large drinking establishments. I did find a great lake for jogging. So we ended up checking out early and heading to hanoi only because we were the wrong guests for this hotel. The hotel is there for businesspeople there working or visiting the factories in town which were numerous - or if you are going on a korean golf tour for 1-2 nights. If you are not there for business or gold but need a place to hang your hat for a while and take a breath, this hotel is a great place to do that, especially if you are trying to build ihg points at a reasonable price.

Hotel ini sangat luar biasa. Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen, Hanoi Pelayanan di hotel ini benar-benar berada di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Ketika Anda tiba, semuanya dipersiapkan dengan baik sehingga Anda langsung merasa disambut. Check-in berjalan lancar dan kamarnya sangat luas, dirancang dengan indah dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang penuh perhatian. Estetika, suasana, dan kenyamanan menetapkan standar baru. Setiap detail di ruangan ini sangat mengesankan lemari, bak mandi mewah, pancuran modern, dan cermin yang ditempatkan dengan baik. Dan mari kita bicara tentang tempat tidurnya: sangat nyaman, membuat tidur setiap malam seperti mimpi. Bahkan pemandangan kota pun terasa istimewa dari sini. Saya berkesempatan makan di restoran hotel dan layanannya juga luar biasa. Staf melakukan yang terbaik untuk menciptakan pengalaman terbaik. Suasana ini berbeda dari sasana lainnya yang baru, dilengkapi dengan alat angkat beban, mesin, dumbel, palang, dan stasiun kardio yang terorganisir dengan baik. Lalu ada spa yang luar biasa. Meskipun harganya agak mahal untuk Hanoi, sauna sudah membuatnya sempurna. Apa yang benar-benar membuat hotel ini menonjol adalah keramahannya. Setiap anggota staf benar-benar berdedikasi untuk membuat tamu merasa nyaman. Terima kasih khusus kepada Tuan Bing di pintu masuk, dia memastikan saya mendapatkan tarif taksi yang adil ke kota, menjelaskan semua yang saya ketahui tanpa saya minta dan memberikan layanan penuh perhatian yang memberikan kesan mendalam. Kamarnya sangat bagus. Namun, jika Anda ingin memesan makanan dari restoran di lobi, Anda memerlukan banyak kesabaran. Bahkan jika Anda memesan bir, mereka menuangkannya untuk Anda dan tidak mengambilnya kembali. Makanan memakan waktu sekitar 20- 30 menit. Bahkan lumpia termurah juga memakan waktu sekitar 20 menit. Rasanya enak, tapi kecepatan layanannya mengecewakan.
