Ini adalah hotel mewah. Tempat tidurnya besar dan bagus. Lokasinya tepat di depan danau, tapi ada tikus berjalan di sekitar danau. Tidak disarankan untuk jalan-jalan. Akomodasinya bagus.

Everything is gold, everything is touched with gold, and everything is well maintained. The service is also golden, the staff are very attentive and helpful from checkin to room service to concierge, great hospitality. Comfortable bed and pillows, got a really good nights sleep.

Hotel yang bagus untuk turis kecuali lokasinya. Restoran Ikan Ulat di dekat hotel juga bagus. Kamarnya sangat luas dan nyaman. Pemandangan danau sangat bagus. Namun, kolam renang atap perlu pemeliharaan. Penutupan kembali bar rooftop dan pemeliharaan kursi berjemur sangat diperlukan. Keramahan staf adalah yang terbaik.

Every time i visit hanoi, i will most certainly return. Excellent hotel in a convenient location. The surrounding area is extremely secure. The hotel has a fantastic environment. The bathroom in particular is gold.

I recently checked out. The level of service provided is truly exceptional. We were upgraded to the lake view, and as it was our anniversary, the hotel graciously provided us with a lovely box of chocolate. This hotel is very recommended. The location is close to the Vietnamese restaurants. The room size is spacious and equipped with a beautiful bathroom and a living area with a coffee maker. The hotel also has 2 restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing. There are so many affordable Vietnamese restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a one-night or two-day visit in Hanoi.

I booked a room for 2 nights because i was curious about the novelty of the golden rooms. Although the hotel is lovely, i found it a bit outdated. In comparison to other hotels at the same price like the nearby lotte hotel, i found it to be too expensive. My room was interesting, with golden fixtures and a comfortable, usually large bed. When i arrived, i noticed that the tv was not working and it took a full day to fix and the ac pointed exactly at the bed, which made me wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off. Although the location is not the most convenient, it is surrounded by interesting cafes and restaurants. I didnt try the china restaurant at the hotel because i didnt find it appealing. But if you enjoy the opulence of gold, your stay here will be comfortable and luxurious.

The pool and rooftop view alone are worth it. Four season pool. Everything else is fine, and the staff is friendly. Buffets arent every day. The restaurant is expensive, but there are many small outdoor restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

What an incredible experience to be surrounded by gold everywhere. We discovered the luxury at the step, along with the amazing infinity pool and other conveniences. We had a wonderful time there and had a great time. The hospitality was excellent, and the people are courteous and speak english. There are many indian families staying there along with other tourists. It was a wonderful honeymoon, and we relished the splendor of vietnam.

The location claims to be a hotel and is the best place to stay in hanoi. We had two rooms, and the rooms are fantastic. I spent one night here in a Premier lake view room, which has a side view on the 15th floor, and the kids had a great time in the room. The decorative design of the hotel, exquisite with goldplated details, really impressed me, giving me a unique and new experience that i had never experienced in other hotels before. The room is spacious, spacious, with a super large bed and a wellequipped bathroom, automatic curtain, and automatic coffee machine. The extra space is also compensated by the open lake view from this room. Threelevel restaurant with stunning lake views. Although they preferred to provide coffee mate, i had excellent coffee. If you ask, they will provide you with soy milk. I requested almond milk because i enjoy having my coffee with it, and the machine in the room was perfect and they refilled upon request. The swimming pool was stunning! Gold gold! There is a k circle nearby for water and snacks. Each person receives two small bottles of water, which is standard in vietnam. Everything was perfect. We were a little late at checkout, and we wish they could be quicker. The rest is fine.
