I recommend this place. I dont like to book last minute things, Im not what you would call a planned traveler. In my situation, three hours before my flight from Hanoi to Hoi An, I booked my stay at Elden and requested to be picked up. The driver turned left down a road between rice fields and at the end was the Elden. The room and hotel are both spotless. They just opened, and I am their fifth visitor, but they operate like theyve been open for a while. My deck overlooks rice fields, and two minutes behind the hotel are further fields where I took a morning stroll. Although it takes around 15 minutes to stroll from the ancient town, there are restaurants, little shops, and pubs within five minutes. On my journey, I had my best night of sleep, and I want to stay another night. They also provide free bikes and scooters to rent, and the breakfast pho is the finest Ive ever had.

The breakfast was the best Ive ever had, and there were complimentary bikes and scooters available for rent. The area surrounding the hotel is very beautiful. The employees are really friendly. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is also quite good, especially the pool area. I also booked an eden 3 hours before my flight from Hani to Hoian and asked for pickup. The driver took a left down the road between rice fields and at the end was the Eden.

From the apartment, we can walk to the old quarter and the villa owner provides free bicycle service. Bang Beach and Cut Dai Beach are also nearby, and cycling takes 15 minutes. The room is well-furnished, has a nice bathtub, and has an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, including fried rice, banana pancakes, heian style mashed potatoes, a delicious heian noodle soup, fresh fruit juice, eggs of any type, and other dishes. Since the villa is surrounded by rice fields and not on the main road, it is very quiet and serene. There are many different kinds of restaurants along the main road, most of which are local. So very affordable and genuine Heian cuisine. Weve visited Hoian several times and stayed in 35-star locations, but this is far the best value. The owner is another important aspect. Man and his lovely wife were extremely courteous to us, if you need any suggestions about restaurants to eat, tours, or other activities, just ask them they will recommend you the best places at the best price.

We will be back soon and will stay here again. It's not on the main road, so there is no noise, it's not in the city center and is less crowded. There is a lovely room with amazing decoration, a balcony overlooking a rice field, an amazing pool, and clean, fresh water.
