The experience was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly. The checkin process was simple. The location is excellent. Cafe apartment, japan street, and more are all within walking distance! Circle k and 7-11 are right off the main road. The room is peaceful and tidy. Excellent service and great value!.

The staff was very friendly and promptly attended to our requests! The location is also good, there is a 711 right in front of the building and it is a walk to different tourist attractions and markets. However there were some issues.

Thank you so much, mr. Dong du and mr. Dong du, and especially to the wonderful reception staff, tu quyen, for your outstanding service and kindness during our stay. Due to a personal reason, the hotel graciously offered to move us to a nearby sister property with a larger room on our second day for free! Tu quyen went above and beyond, not only helped arrange the transfer but also personally called and paid for a Grab car to bring us to the new hotel. It was raining heavily that night, and she even held an umbrella for us all the way to the car, making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made a big difference in our trip. Our trip to vietnam became perfect and truly unforgettable thanks to her and the thoughtful service from the hotel. Thank you again, tu quyen and m village dong du, you made us feel at home, and we will definitely be back!.

I went there alone. The staff was very nice. There was one day when my digital door lock didnt work. The staff could help fix the problem and it took about 10 minutes to resolve. There may be some difficulties going to the hotel, such as very thin street and stairs in the front. Overall, the experience there is great.

Saya kebetulan tinggal di hotel ini selama beberapa hari dalam perjalanan sendiri. Lingkungannya bagus, bersih dan dirancang dengan baik. Ada kopi, teh, restoran, dan bak mandi gratis di kamar. Hampir semua orang di gedung ini adalah orang Barat. Meskipun staf terkadang tidak berada di konter, mereka dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dan ramah. Privasi tinggi dan tidak ada yang akan mengganggu Anda. The hotel is in a good location. A short distance from 7-11. The room is spacious but looks like a building with renovated furniture. The toilet is a bit dirty but thats fine. Good air conditioning, has a large fridge in the room. If you want to wash clothes and water dispenser, you have to go up to the highest floor.

Saya hanya menginap satu malam sebagai pelancong solo. Kamarnya memang yang termurah di lantai tiga, tapi suara konstruksi tidak terlalu mengganggu. Saya terkesan dengan desainnya yang sederhana namun dirancang dengan matang dan kamarnya luas. Air panas di kamar mandi juga sangat memuaskan. Karena lokasinya, nuansanya yang stylish dan harganya, saya sangat puas. Saya juga terkesan dengan fakta bahwa mereka meminta ID LINE saya saat check-in dan menawarkan untuk pindah ke hotel lain di jaringan yang sama jika suara konstruksi terlalu keras. Ada juga 7- Eleven yang hanya berjarak 30 detik berjalan kaki, jadi hotel ini fantastis dan tidak ada keluhan sama sekali. Saya pasti akan kembali.
