We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with very reasonable prices. The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and rented bike too. We only wish we had time to check out the tennis court. The duty manager, Vi, speaks good English and was extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The rest of the staff was very welcoming too, from the bellhop to Mr Thien at the front desk to Ms Thuy at room service. Thank you to FLC for ensuring a good stay for our family.

풀빌라에 묵으면서 편아하게 휴가를 잘 보냈습니다. 퀴논시티나 에오지오에 갈때 이용한 셔틀도 편했습니다. 조식은 살사비치 레스토랑에서의 부페가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 다만 바베큐나이트 저녁부페를 먹었는데 바베큐의 내용이 생각보다 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 퀴논시티에 나가서 먹은 쌀국수가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 4박5일을 편안하고 여유롭게 잘 보내고 왔습니다.

I stayed at this venue when I took my family on vacation. We booked a villas 4 bedrooms. It's huge. One thing I wasn't happy was the security. Understanding they want to protect their guests while staying at the property but the way they do it is not a good way. We arrived early than check-in hour and they didn't let us do an early check-in, so we went out for a quick tour and came back once it's time. By the time we came back, they didn't let us in. They asked for booking number, I gave it to them and they said they couldn't find it. Their security guys kept us at the door while we were in a transit car from the beach with no AC in the car. They kept us there for 30 min. They didn't really checking anything in the system and claimed that they couldn't find my booking. Earlier, I only read the booking number once and the receptionist could find it right away. So this is something you need to pay attention when you leave the property without your room number assigned. Foods here are just okay. Expensive than other 5* resort that I stayed before. It takes too long every time we ask for electric car to move from one location to another inside the resort.

Don’t expect Marriott / Sheraton / Arcor kind of luxury, but very close.. especially considering it is a local group, they have done a great job. It has enough and plenty to keep the family pleasenty occupied for 3-4 days. Very nice hotel with private beach access that is just steps away from our villa. Buffet breakfast is comparable to other 5 star hotels I’ve been to. It could be better if the swimming pool in the villa was a bit shallower, like 1.3 meters. I’d feel safer for my young child to play in a shallower pool. The villa was clean but the bedding was dirty when we received the room. 2 footprints were on the sheet in one of the bedroom and the other has some dirty marks. I was a bit disappointed.

I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good
