Saya menginap selama dua hari dan ada banyak pilihan hotel di Hanoi dengan harga ini. Bagus: Pelayanannya bagus, kamarnya bersih dan sarapannya enak. Buruk: Kamar deluxe kurang mewah, kamarnya kecil dan kamar mandinya lebih kecil. Bak mandinya penuh sesak dan lantai di sebelahnya basah saat mandi. Kamar VIP yang dipesan di aplikasi ditingkatkan tetapi tidak ditingkatkan. Ada konstruksi di sebelahnya di pagi hari dan sangat bising. Ada nyamuk di kamar. Lokasi sangat saya lapar di malam hari dan tidak ada yang bisa dibeli di dekatnya.

Lokasinya cukup jauh dari pusat kota, namun tidak terlalu merepotkan. Interiornya bersih dan stafnya sopan dan tersenyum. Sarapannya memuaskan dengan banyak variasi. Saya pikir ini bagus sebagai dasar untuk bergerak.

Kami memiliki pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan. Saya harus berangkat lebih awal untuk penerbangan, tetapi mereka menyiapkan sarapan dan makan siang untuk saya. Semua stafnya baik-baik saja. Bahkan di hotel bintang 5, tidak ada staf yang berbicara bahasa Jepang, tetapi saya merasa lega karena ada yang berbicara bahasa Jepang dengan baik. Segala sesuatu di hotel ini sangat bersih dan harganya cukup baik. Saya pikir itu cocok untuk perjalanan wanita. Lokasinya jauh dari pusat kota, tetapi ketika saya menginap di hotel lain di kota tua, saya menyesal menginap karena klakson dan musik vietnam terus menggelegar hingga larut malam, jadi saya merekomendasikan hotel ini bagi mereka yang ingin tidur nyenyak. Lokasinya dekat dengan kota di Jepang, jadi sepertinya tempat yang bagus untuk berbisnis.

The hotel staff is very good and very qualified. They speak good english and can communicate with each other. The room is also clean and the overall feeling is good. If there is a drawback, it may be that it takes a few minutes to take a taxi to eat nearby. Food.

The checkin and checkout processes were flawless. The concierge ladies were extremely sweet and spoke excellent english. The management even left a note expressing regret that they couldnt clean our room due to our do not disturb sign. The free breakfast buffet here is among the best ive ever had. Every day, there was a new and diverse selection. I adore how a chef prepares your eggs freshly to your liking. I adore their free beer, tea, and a 10% discount on food. A fantastic location away from the old town, as street food enthusiasts can get quite noisy at night. Nice rooftop pool and view. Prices start at $38 per room. Book the executive double room for the opulent bathtub and city views. This hotel is only a few years old. I appreciate how everything is organized and spotless. Currently a fourstar hotel with an amazing location. The hotel offers toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair comb, hair comb, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, and cotton swabs. This is such a lifesaver!.

We have a great time staying here. The receptionist is very kind and welcoming, and the bell boy, waitress, and waiter are all very helpful. The food is amazing and delicious, very healthy, hygienic, and authentic. The hot tap water works well. The staff and hospitality are excellent. They tend to help us when we have trouble with our too large bank notes. And we are happy to stay here because we have an accessible universal electric socket which is very convenient. We recommend choosing this hotel.

It was my first time staying there. I tried it because i saw that free breakfast was offered based on the positive reviews. The waiter was also very proactive. They kept replenishing the breakfast options that i believed to be a variety. The attitude of the waiter was also excellent. The hotel has kindness, and having a complimentary drink from the hotel in the swimming pool in front of the hotels top floor is quite comfortable. The pillow is the most crucial aspect for me. They offer a variety of pillows, and one of them is ideal for me because a few days before traveling to vietnam, i experienced a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck the next day after sleeping, but after staying for two nights, i felt all slept well. The sound insulation is the only issue with most hotels in vietnam. But over the years, ive stayed in a variety of hotels in vietnam, and everything else is the same, except for upscale fivestar hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it exceeded our expectations. The service and staff were all very nice and helpful and provided us with a complementary drink several times when we entered the lobby. We ordered a standard room which was much spacious than expected with very large single beds. Our tv had Netflix included and free breakfast in the morning. We were also gifted a beautiful Vietnamese keychain when we left, which was very nice. We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in hanoi.

The rooms are clean and nice, as should be expected from a 4 to 5star hotel. The service is very helpful and friendly. The location is much quieter than the old quarter. Need to take a taxi or grab to get around.
