We are an australian family of four who recently returned from a weeklong stay at the lovely Gioan boutique villa in hoi an. The wonderful hosts, vina, hanh, and their lovely family, who are all involved in running the business and making sure our stay was memorable, left us with tears. After enduring countless hot days exploring what hoy an has to offer, the accommodations are immaculate, rooms are serviced on etiquette, mattresses are extremely cozy, or the cold air conditioning is recomended after sweltering day and night spent exploring everything that hois has for its residents. I have to say that the villas swimming pool is an added bonus because my kids and i were in the pool every time we were there. Vina and haih also runs u.S. A cooking school from the property, where he makes the banana pancakes are the best ive ever had. They said the same for the mango and pineapple versions, which are both advisable to try. Hanh was also kind enough to slip me the recipe as ill was leaving. Thank you! Although despite not writing many reviews, my family and she had such amiable time at this magnificent old town in hostian that if you are accompanied by your family or merely residing alone, they will give you no hesitation in recommending the Gion boutique Villa

The food in the cooking class was delicious. It was the best we had in vietnam, and it was probably and amusing. All of it is selfmade, but under professional guidance. I highly recommend the countryside pancake and white roses. They are so tasty and juicy.

Its difficult to find a place that will fit all the boxes because there are so many options in hoi an. We were overjoyed with our accommodations and hosts, and we left feeling quite content. Although its not too far from the bustling streets, the location is still hidden enough to maintain some privacy. The best meals ive ever had while visiting vietnam were probably the ones we took in octopus cooking class, which we also participated in. Wonderful hosts who are amiable and incredibly kind. This place is highly recommended! The staff are what make the stay a 10/10. Very friendly, funny and helpful. They immediately make you feel at home and have so many recommendations for tours and things to see in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with tasty pool and affordable breakfast options.

I stayed here for a few nights while visiting hoi an. It looks like it is launching despite the lack of reviews, but im sure it will soon have many positive reviews. Lovely, comfortable room with stifling balcony and very comfortable bedding. Was made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend.

The staff was fantastic! They were among the best hospitality staff there. Due to a flight delay, we had to wait incredibly long in the hotel lobby for cabs to the airport. One member of staff took great care of us while traveling, offering us hot tea and snacks. It truly touched our hearts. The room itself was comfortable, spotless, and equipped with enough towels. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel!.

Best host experience in vietnam! Vina, hanh, and their family will warmly welcome you, they are very kind and peaceful, in a beautiful place that feels like home! Cooking class, swimming pool and many good tips and activities with local people. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had savored it and extended our stay there. The hotel is truly remarkable! The staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and the pool is delightful. It is highly recommended to attend the cooking class, it provided an exceptional experience.

I heartily endorse this location! Enjoy your vacation in vietnam! A lovely, cozy atmosphere and a pleasant location to stay. My boyfriend and myself have enjoyed our time at the gioan homestay, and the owners of the house are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. The breakfast was delicious, but the location is conveniently close to the town center. Additionally, it is remarkably clean and organized, with sytaying shower doors, as you should be aware that in most parts of viegnam, they frequently have an open shower. You can discover an amazing location nearby where you can sample various types of bao buns and coffee shops to sample Vietnamese coffee. Gioan helped us reserve tickets so we could travel to various locations in the area for comparatively low prices when we rented ioans scooter for quite surprisingly affordable rates. We didnt have time to take the daily cooking class, which the proprietor organizes, however, ive had the chance to watch while eating breakfast, because they looked entertaining and intriguing. Fantastic location, with hanh and vina as the entire team incredibly helpful, kind, and kind. We already miss them. Excellent location for the town and the local markets, as well as easy access to the beach. You simply need to take a fantastic cooking class, seriously, you have to do it.

We had a great time staying here for 3 days. The location is perfect as its down secluded street and very safe. Pool is the perfect size and clean. We took i cookery course and it was so much fun. Prices are really reasonable and the staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This place is a mustvisit. I could write an endless list of things that impressed me during my stay, starting with the friendly greeting from the entire team, the best Vietnamese food we had during our 3 weeks in vietnam and of course the great interior facilities. So to keep it short, this is definitely advisable. A big thank you to the family, you made us feel like we were genuinely incorporated into it.
