I stayed there for two days about a week ago. The staff is friendly and the room rate is very reasonable. Spacious and very clean room. Near the lake, so good for morning walks and night market visits too. Good value for money paid.

The room was excellent! We stayed in 902, which has an elevator that can reach the eighth floor and requires us to store our bags upstairs for one floor. Everything was perfect, except for the warm water and the opportunity to take a shower. We should be mindful of temperature changes as they occur quickly. Very spacious balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful with our travel plans and recommended delicious local cuisine. Extremely comfortable bed. I would return.

The best of the best. Very friendly staff. The room is very clean and absolutely amazing. For 15 dollars for one night i couldnt believe that big room. Int. Channels large bath looks like everything new. Hotel in very good condition and location (old town) 3 minutes from the lake. 6 stars for the hotel.

This hotel has a kingsize bed which is good for families on tassle. Just make sure the hot water switch is turned on even if things dont notice how to use. Local staff speak english fluently and are very helpful. Apart from staying 24 hours at the front.

I will definitely stay here if i return to hanoi. The ideal location, the ideal receptionist. She gave us all the information we needed for our trip to honoi and made us feel like family. Very kind and close. Highly recommended.

The shower was fantastic. The room was excellent. Great location, friendly staff. You are made to feel very welcome. Always concerned about your stay and would do everything in their power to improve it. Taxi offers a better price than grab. I recommend this place for anything you might need. Tours, transportation.

This place is excellent, especially considering the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions or offer local recommendations. My room was very nice, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although the wifi was only about 10 to 15 mb, it was just enough to work and make video calls from Place. It can be a little noisy, but this is to be expected given how central it is. However, the street this hotel is on is full of amazing places, which is besides being very central. I highly recommend the pizza restaurant across the road, leos tavern, as well as the bep vietnamese restaurant. At first, we were on fewer floors, however, when the 8th floor room became available, i was given the option to move up there, so that was convenient. When ive next visit hanoi, im probably going to stay here again.

This is a small hotel in san francisco. They also assisted with setting up airport transfers to and from the hotel. The drivers were on time, waiting for me at the airport, and arriving early when i was leaving the terminal. Very helpful. It was my first time visiting hanoi, so the service from Natalie and David was excellent. Provided assistance when needed - very helpful!.

This hotel is affordable. Natalie at the reception was amazing and very helpful when planning our next 2 weeks in vietnam. Our room on the 9th floor has only a stair access from the lift on 8th level and my wifes dicky knees dont appreciate it! Very well priced and in ota location so close to lake.

The price is really reasonable considering the size of the room and its proximity to hoam kiem lake. However, the toilet smells a little. When visiting ubud in tam coc bamboo boat tour, or mua cave hiking, staying at the hotel entrance is advisable. The receptionist is very helpful because they even deliver towels to our room upon request at midnight, which is greatly appreciated. We booked ninh binh day trip for usd 50 per person, but it was quite convenient because we could just book directly from the motel, so we feel secure. With the exception of when we arrive at certain attractions, there is no explanation from either the tour guide who keeps texting. And the socalled buffet lunch was utter failure. Not so good food. There is an extremely long line. Mineral water is not provided during lunch, you must purchase it if you want.
